I came here to tint my Honda fit, I was first quoted 300 for all my windows but then told I had clear tint on my car (I just bought it so I did not notice) so they charged another 150 to remove the old tint which is ehh but whatever. I waited an entire week before rolling down the windows like they said and everything seems good now. My fit looks so much better and I’m reasonably happy. There is a couple of air bubbles but you’ll never see them unless you hunt for them with a flashlight ? my main issue is that the windows with tint make other car lights distorted and makes it hard to see at night, it’s actually bad, but I did get the cheapest tint they had but 450 total tint job isn’t a very cheap tint job. Over all I’m happy with my experience and the woman that helped me had an amazing attitude and was super friendly. I just wish they told me it would make lights distorted because I would have reconsidered.

Poor customer service, brand new tires goes flat in 2 weeks with no warranty. Fraudulent financing. Tried to pay off before 90 days and was told not too. Just to get the interest

Drove for 1 hour and half to get my husband Ram Pro-master cargo van. Elizabeth was my sale representative she was so helpful and very friendly. We traded our mini van at the same time. Driving for hours is worthy, my husband was so happy on his purchase. We definitely recommend this place... all staff is so friendly and very professional.. if you looking for a used car this is the place you need to go... Karplus warehouse @ PACOIMA CALIFORNIA

Great spot for tint, wheels, and suspension. Billy is great to work with, honest, and does a great job. Ordered me some Eibach springs for my Tesla Y and got them installed within a few hours. Will be going back if i need my camber arms installed.

They are overpriced compared to other close businesses..they charge very high labor prices.And to respond to the owner..u can't make a blanket statement that your quality is simply better because you don't know that for a fact.

The place has very friendly staff and if you need help finding what you want, it's perfect. HOWEVER... I did end up overpaying for a set of wheels and tires. Bought a set Gram Lights and Toyo Tires. I would've saved around $400 if I went with another website. I love supporting small businesses but at the end of the day, if you can save money you should.

Not less than a month and no more than 50 miles driven due to covid 19 my rim flew off from the lack of tightening my lug nuts and didn’t take any responsibility and said “somebody could’ve tampered with them” when it’s been parked in my garage because it’s an easily stolen car. Very rude and do not recommend them at all.

Jade is rude no manners what so ever ? Took my car in for a light install once I got my vehicle back it wasn't running? They kept claiming to have done everything correctly when that wasn't the case at all my car was in perfect running condition when I took it in and when I got it back it wouldn't even turn on , once I got at her about the issue all she did was get loud with me and try to wipe her hands clean , she drives a Mercedes so automatically I guess everyone's cars a piece of s*** since that's what she called my car when I tried to explain to her that the way they did the job wasn't correct . Worst place ever idk how they got 5 starts they deserve 0 don't waste your time or money

Bill and Jan are great, they spent quite awhile searching, pricing, and explaining several different wheel options that I was interested in. After figuring out I couldn't afford what I really wanted I settled on a set of reasonably priced Verge v39 Gloss Black Wheels. Because of my indecisions of what type of wheel I wanted it took us way past there closing time which I really didn't realize. Bill and Jan were very understanding and accommodating while I made the purchase, and the appointment day to put them on. The day of the appointment they got me in earlier than expected with a very reasonable time frame to install them. A couple days later I had a tire pressure sensor come on, I took it in and Bill reset the sensor and got me on my way. This was a overall great buying experience for me with very good customer service and product knowledge. I am not a easy customer so I appreciate the patience from Bill and Jan and will buy from them again. (If I don't drive them crazy)

I have brought several vehicles here to have the windows tinted. They are always very professional and polite. The quality of work is very good and the price is not bad especially for the quality of tint they use. I'd highly recommend this business to anyone.
