I bought a Tecsun PL680 from this place almost a year ago and have called them twice for technical support regarding some issues with the radio. The first time that I called and got transferred to tech support was about 8 months ago and I spoke with man of a Hispanic accent regarding the issues with my radio and he was very dry and unpleasant to talk to and kept interrupting me while I was explaining the problem. Every time I tried to explain to him the technical issues, he would cut me off and tell me that " If You Listen to What I Am Saying", then you should not have this problem. I let it go and there wasn't much help from him. Today, almost a year later, I had another issue with the charging feature of this same radio and so when I called the person that answered the phone was polite, but I needed tech support and I was hoping that it would not be the same person as last time and so sure enough it was. I thought I give it another try and as I started to explain to the person in tech support what technical issues are, he immediately started saying "let me explain and you're not listening" He sound very rude and with horrible attitude and made me feel that the questions that I asked are the stupidest questions and like I am wasting his time.. This person is not the proper fit for this king of business or any business that involves customer service as I, myself, have been in customer service for 35 years. The owner should clean up this nonsense garabage. If a person cannot answer a question because of their personal emotions and allow their attitude or dislikes take over by talking to people, then he or she should go find another job where they don't talk or deal with people. I absolutely do not recommend this business and will never do business with them again. There are many other better places to buy from but definitely not this place. This place deserves negative 10 stars. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I ordered a wireless headset. They sent me the wrong item. Couldn't and wouldn't send me the right one unless I paid for a new. Very poor customer service and I would never order from Kaito electronics again. Be warned. They have complaints with the Better Business Bureau .yikes

Good electronic store with lots of items. Ordered a good quality Radio from Amazon and I received it from Kaito however, there was a small issue with one of the parts and so I called Kaito and spoke with a gentleman by the name of George about how my item had an issue and that I wanted to have it replaced. He was very polite and helpful and Kaito replaced it without any nonsense and we complted our bussiness. Good / professional customer service. I recommend this store!

i placed an online order over a month ago. i received a confirmation receipt immediately. i never received the product and i've tried to contact them 9 times and no one is getting back to me. do not order from them. they will not return your messages or emails. you will not receive your order and it will be a complete waste of time.
