Requested I-10 service through AAA. Brian, was very helpful and professional. He was able to dispatch a driver to me within 20 minutes. The driver provided us with excellent and quick service. He was very knowledgeable and professional! Thank you! Happy holidays to you both!

Great service, had a flat tire and the service received was fulfilled. Thank you to Ruben from I-10 recovery and towing. Give them a call for any services needed.Completely satisfied with the service.

Aweful customer service. If you get into an accident, make sure AAA will not send these people. They will tow your car to their place and charge you thousands of dollars, even though original directions is to bring it to your house. When time to pick up, they will ask for papers that they don't need and registration, which is in the car, but they will not let you come in to get the papers. They purposely hold the car so they will get money. They would charge extra for stupid stuff such as opening the gate and paperwork that only one page. From the beginning, the car should have been sent to home, not to their place. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

It's too bad Yelp doesn't allow 0 stars and I have to give them 1 star. They look for anyway they can charge you extra instead of getting their regular AAA rates they agree to in their service agreement with AAA. I would never recommend this place. Ever!

I got helped by a very young Hispanic man, and he was very helpful and very kind. He helped me take my mind off the fact that I probably totaled my first car. And the drive was smooth. He was very considerate and very nice and he had me help him and made me feel like I was in control.

Supervisor is rude! They do not let you pay with a debit, and over charge you extremely! DO NOT USE THEM! Even if AAA sends them to help you, don't use!

Everyone I interacted with at I-10 Towing was extra helpful and kind. My car had a flat tire at Costco and I had called AAA which contacted I-10 Towing. Coincidentally 2 trucks from I-10 Towing were already at Costco and both drivers (Charlie and Danny) were kind and helpful when I approached and asked if they were sent to help me. Even the I-10 Towing dispatch person (Dominique) on the phone was super kind. Danny filled my tire with air and told me how to get it fixed. I was very impressed with everyone and would call them again in a heartbeat.

I'd never had to have my car towed until this past Monday. I needed it towed to the dealer in Covina and I'm so glad I ended up with I-10 towing. I was prepared to wait hours to have someone come and help me but Carlos showed up within 20 minutes. He answered all my questions and made what I expected to be a really stressful morning really easy. He made sure I had a ride there and back and made sure I was all set when I got to the dealer as well. He really took his time working with me and I really appreciated that. If you ever need them and get Carlos as well just know you're in good hands !

Driver was buligerent, angry, violent. Because I told him he couldnt tow my BMW with a hook. I was glad to dismiss this little ignorant person. BEWARE, NEVER USE 1-10 TOW SERVICE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRULY, ANGRY PEOPLE.
