I ordered a kennel/crate from this place through Amazon, and they sent me some floor mats for a vehicle. This place is a scam.I will not recommend them. Will be reporting them to the BBB as well.

3rd kennel purchased from Homey Pet Station. And every single time it’s always damaged. Tired of returning them. I do not recommend these kennels.

Please see my review below. The company did not stand behind the products, within 30 days of purchase. I was NEVER offered a full refund. I was offered a refund MINUS a "restocking fee' for defective merchandise. This is CHEAP, CHEAP metal...not "heavy duty!" I have had many crate trained dogs over the years and many, many crates. This is along the lines of a $20 wire crate, as far as its durability. I have Varikennels in my home from the 1990s that have stood up over the years. This $600 purchase was intended to be an upgrade to my dog room and look nice/hold up for at least several years. I had problems within the first few WEEKS, and I received nothing but excuses and the run around from the company. They never offered to ship replacement panels at no charge, as I would expect with a defective product. I was told to drive the damn things up 100 miles each way and exchange panels. I was NEVER offered a full refund. This company is not ethical, and I would stay FAR FAR away, no matter whether you purchase directly from their warehouse or through Amazon. At least with Amazon, you get some kind of reputable business willing to stand behind a product that can't hold up at all. If you buy directly through the company, they WILL NOT stand behind the shoddy product, even if it starts to bend and rust within a few weeks of purchase!!!!

I showed up at 4:30 on a Monday to look around and nobody would even answer the door. They aren't even closed and everyone was gone. Horrible for business.

Advertised as great quality to be honest within one hour my dog had the wires bent they look sturdy but are not ... I email for some sort of disc for 2nd kennel purchase and no luck I would expect a courtesy disc for the cheap wire kennel I purchased my dog was bleeding from getting pocked from the wire I'm very disappointed at the customer service I was provided hopefully who ever reads this has better luck ...
