I had an amazing experience renting from this location. I had to put my car in the shop for repairs. The manager personally picked me up from the shop and assisted me with picking out a car. I even received a discounted upgrade on a 2023 Mustang . The person who assisted me on checkout was very friendly. The car was very clean. Overall a 10/10 experience

Smooth sailing. Join the Hertz program and you just walk in, take your keys and go. The return is just as easy. As an added bonus you don't have to even go to the counter at airports. Just go to the board, find your name and go pick out a car. Smooth sailing!

Reserved a car online. The next day I went to pick it up the lady said they didn’t have any cars except two options that were both $10-$15 extra a day. I needed a car and was stuck picking it but had to pay the extra fee even though I had reserved a different car.

One of the worst car rental places I have been too. Complete liars and unreliable. I reserved a intermediate car. And when I went to pick it up. They told me they only had an electric Chevy volt. I did not want an electric and made this clear to them. They only had larger vehicles and wanted to up charge me on these cars. So they told me I can take the Chevy and would call me later in the day to change vehicles. I called everyday and they said they would have a car and then 1 minute later call and say the car is gone. After 3 days I gave up because of being run around. Just terrible place and terrible people.

Do not rent from here. I should have saw the warning sign from the beginning. My insurance card reserved a car from Hertz. On a Saturday I picked up the car. The customer service agents had on dirty clothes and appeared to be sleepy. I was told to give them my ID and debit card for a $50 deposit. As soon as I left they charged me over 300$. I called them and they stated it was a mistake. A few weeks later they debited my card over $800. Hertz is the worst. They are scammers they hold on to your card and bank information and use it at their leisure. My card was compromised numerous times by Hertz. They hire dishonest people. Please be aware. Hertz is the worst rental car business ever. I’m still trying to get my money back. They were paid by my insurance company and refuse to give me my money back in a timely matter. It’s been over 25 days and they still have not given me my money.

Wasn't expecting very much customer service based on prior experiences with other Hertz locations. But, we were very pleased with the friendliness and care Torre ( I think I spelled it wrong) showed us in returning our rental. Definitely coming back for our next rental.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I made SAME-DAY Reservation I knew a deposit was required, but I didn't know the amount. I took a Lyft from my home to the location we walked in, and immediately they stated that we needed a DEBIT or CREDIT and the deposit would be $500 on top of the rental price $190. So I had no other option. We desperately needed the rental. So we were handing over the license and DEBIT card another employee said it was SAME-DAY RESERVATION so we had to use a CREDIT card, and that the vehicle we reserved was not available so we had to pay the difference for the next size up. REALLY?!?!?... SO we walked out CAR LESS and furious. We called ENTERPRISE RENTALS and they saved our day!!! 35 minutes later, we got a rental, and the deposit was much lower, and they take DEBIT CARD!!!

If I could leave negative stars I would. I was told by them & the body shop where I left the rental that hertz would pick it up. They picked it up a week after I left the rental. Someone called me to confirm what date I left it & i let him know. I end up getting billed for the day they picked it up! Why did they even bother calling me?! Why did they let it sit for a week?? Do they do this to all people. Now I know not to trust them & turn it in myself but also I will never do business with them again. Also their customer service is trash. It takes half an hour to get through each time no matter what time you call. I'm still trying to get my money back since I shouldn't be billed for a car that was not in my possession. THEY ARE THE WORST & I DONT TRUST THEM!!
