Took my sons fiancé's necklace to get fixed, they text me an hour later saying it was ready and it was still broken, I don't think they even touched it and when I told the cashier lady she told the guy in Spanish that I broke it again thinking I didn't understand her smh I yelled saying I understood her and no I didn't break it we were all standing there together she saw I didn't touch the necklace....I will never go there again ?

FAST FIX, DOES NOT TAKE THEIR SWEET TIME!
Fast Fix lives up to their name! On Sunday, September 8th, ten minutes before closing a kind helpful employee, added a battery to my new watch and set the correct time on it for me, within 6 minutes!!!

This was the first and last time I would do business or recommend this business. The lack of communication and customer service was horrendous. Not one time did I receive a courtesy call to tell me the status of my late father's watch. The couple of times I ventured into the store, I was told it was almost done. For example, 3 weeks ago I was told it would be done over the weekend. Obviously, that wasn't the case because I didn't officially receive a text until a couple of days ago. I would not recommend your place to anyone.

I had a really great experience. The customer service is exceptional and so was the outcome. My rings look brand new and you wouldn’t even know that they had to be cut off my finger for a surgery. Thank you to everyone at Fast Fix.

tried to scam some gold off me for 10$ a gram ( tried to say it wasn't real gold). definitely wouldn't recommend coming here
