UPDATE !As of 04.25, after receiving a reply email and providing requested information from my original review, I have not heard back from this location. So if good customer service is what you expect, DON’T use this rental business.The pickup I got was “unsafe”. I rented a 3/4 ton pickup truck, but I guess I didn’t ask (nor was I informed) of what exactly I was getting.First, I had two safety faults, blind spot failure and cross traffic failure.Second, I started out with about 1/3 tank of fuel, but not told how to accurately replace the used amount.I didn’t know I was getting a diesel truck, crew cab, 4 wheel drive, which I would have thought that I would have been informed of before finalizing rental.I informed company of my concerns, but after 3 days, have not gotten the call back I requested.Be aware, if you are concerned about what exactly you are going to get.

Great costumer service. Luis is going above and beyond to help us EVERY SINGLE TIME. He is literally on one phone call away. He start training Michelle and she is like him now- great help and amazing costumer service. Great team. Luis deserves $raise,or promotion or both. Thank you Luis for everything. You really ROCK.

I wish I would have listened to the reviews and never come to this place. I had one alright experience with them in the past but this last time was horrible. I made a reservation online but clearly that means nothing to them and when I got there, I was told they had no car for me and that I shouldn't have come this late because they were closing soon. And that is the exact attitude i received. So somehow a car magically appeared and someone came back and got me. Since I was desperate and pressed for time I accepted it but I wish I would have just kept walking. I was rushed through the check out process and on my way I went with their car. They took a $200 deposit which I knew would become an issue. Then come return time, I only had their car for two days. It was an after hours return to I parked the car on their lot and dropped the keys in a return box. It's been two weeks since then and I've never received any contact that they received their car , no call back from my attempts, and I still haven't received my deposit back. So I'm on the phone with my bank as I'm typing this. Obviously pissed... this place is the worst! Do not come here! They don't deserve your business!

It's 5:17pm and I've been here since 3:56pm almost closing time and it seems like only 2 employees are working here (lady with tablet and the person washing the cars) it's ridiculous I was called earlier that I can pick up a rental and that the waiting time was 30min wait me along with other 10 people are still waiting for service it's unbelievable

Very poor customer service they offer shuttle services that I have had before from this location. Yet today they are unable to do it because there is only one guy here..... while I just saw the shuttle bus leave. I asked can i wait for it to come back because I just saw it leave. Gentleman with the dodger face mask still insisted no. So I guess it's a make up the rules as you go. I guess this is what happens when you have shitty insurance you get shitty third party companies like this to "help" you. Lived next to this location for a couple of years. It's always the same type of people who work here un motivated and burnt out.

Great rates. Rented a f250 for 3 days with full coverage insurance for 270. Came with 200 free miles a day too. Will deff return. Great staff members

While I understand their policies are in compliance with state laws, I feel like e eye rolls and lack of compassion we're not. I lost my license during Covid. I showed up and was told could not rent car. Went to dmv got receipts, still could not rent. They did not specifically tell me what I needed til the second trip.

Absolutely unprofessional here. I was told to be there at 11am to pick up my rental, I did not leave the lot until after noon. I waited an hour, after a reservation, and I tried to be understanding but absolutely no one could give me a wait time. Not even a soft estimate. The girls behind the counter were nice, but they just seemed unable to concentrate. I heard about the interviews they all had in the morning, I heard badmouthing of other branches and I heard about a girl going on vacation. But absolutely no update on the status of my rental. Why tell people to be at your location at a specific time if you don't have rentals available? More customers came in after me with reservations and were told they didn't have cars on the lot. How can you guys accept reservations for cars that you don't have to offer?

Anybody looking to purchase a vehicle, I HIGHLY!!! recommend Enterprise Car Sales. The moment my wife and I walked through the doors we knew and felt something was different. We were greeted and treated like family. The sales team made us feel like they truly wanted to help us and it was not about just making a sale. The team helped us to get a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan for my family, we had lost hope in car sales until we met the Enterprise team. We are extremely satisfied with this vehicle and the whole experience with enterprise. I want to send a special Thank you to Charles, Charlie, and Rich. Robert W. Spencer!!!!!!!Wow! My husband and I Spoke with Robert prior to coming in, and we gave him all of our concerns. Robert assured us that he definitely would work with us and The end result would be getting us in a vehicle that we would love. Upon arrival, Robert greeted us at the door, as if we were a long time friend of his. Robert not only sold us a car but took the time to educated us about their program and how meticulous Enterprise is about securing the safety of their vehicles - Very Reassuring!! Robert was able to get us in a vehicle that fit within our budget and we absolutely adore!!! We had a very pleasurable car buying experience!ROBERT, IF YOU'RE READING THIS, YOU ARE SUPER AWESOME!!

Lair manager who confirmed to me on the phone that he has my car ready for me and once i showed up he claimed that he didn't speak with me on the phone and that he doesn't have any cars ready. Need to hire decent people who provide good customer service not LAIRS.

Is there a negative star option? Ok. Here how these guys ruined my trip. First, I made a reservation online for a Toyota RAV4 for the Labor Day weekend trip. Since I only needed the car for two days, I called in a couple days before just to make sure my car reservation is only from Saturday and return on the following Monday 8/31 - 9/2. Because I knew this location can still drop off cars even when they are not open. On the phone they said, no problem. So I moved forward with this reservation. In the morning of 8/31, I took an Uber to get there at 10AM. The "MANAGER" Xavier pulled out my reservation and basically told me, "oh, you can't return the car on Monday since our drop box is gonna be full. So we have to put you in a three days reservation. If not, you are welcome to go check out the Ontario airport location." I tried to explain to him my situation and what I was told on the phone. Basically Xavier was trying to tell me, "Ya. I'm the manager. This is how it is, if you don't accept it, then Fxxk off." I was running short on time and didn't want to get my trip delayed. I really had no choice since I even took an Uber there. I would've looked even more stupid to just Uber back home again without getting a car right? So in the end, I reluctantly accept it and was extremely upset knowing that I have to pay for an extra day just for nothing. After standing there like an idiot waiting for another 20-30mins, they finally guided me out to my car. I was already pretty pissed by then because my wife was at home waiting for me so we could get on the road ASAP. On the way walking to the car in the parking lot, I felt weird because I didn't see any Toyota RAV4 at all. And finally we were walking towards, guess what?! A Giant Tank, Nissan Armada V8. I was like "um..I reserved for a Toyota RAV4 size kinda car. Not this gas consuming big o truck @%#!!!!" Without even asking me, I guess that was what they had left at that point. Forget about I had an reservation kind of s**** For just me and my wife, are you kidding me!? What am I gonna do with this giant Tank!? I had to get going since my trip was already delayed by these awful human beings. I just took the truck and left at almost 11AM. Really had no time to argue. I got home and took off with my wife. Knowing that I got ripped off big time by Enterprise, I was already in a very very upset state to begin my trip with. Might as well drive my own Sedan. We would've been ok with it. Wasn't a crazy long drive anyway. I was so upset to a point that I got into a fight with my wife too. Our destination was Sequoia National Forest. And imagine what it feels like driving a giant boat on the winy mountains and also the amount to gas this truck consumes? Btw, the rate turns out to be $256 total with that extra day of insurance down the drain too. "Sorry, once you go with the insurance coverage, you gotta go with all three days.." and at this point, I don't wanna mention the amount of gas I spent on top of all these s**** I am totally speechless with Enterprise at this point. No words can describe how Awful they are. Enterprise had basically ruined my entire trip and I regret about it at the moment when I stepped in. By the way, I think this is not the first time you guys screw me up already. All I want to say is: "Hey Enterprise, F*** you! And Xavier, you know who I am. F*** you too!" Telling all my friends and the world, Enterprise!? NEVER!!
