I went in looking for a Chrysler Pacifica and Charles help me get the van of my dreams. He is very personable, he listened to my concerns, and very patient with all my questions. He didn't try to put me in something I didn't want. He explained the whole process and I am grateful for the experience. I do recommend to all who ask, where did you buy your Pacifica, I tell them Enterprise Car Sales in Montclair just go and ask for Charles. Thank you Charles love ya

This is our second time purchasing a car at Enterprise and we had another great experience. This time we purchased at the Montclair location. Jaime Contreras was the salesman who helped us close the deal. He was so nice and patient with us, answered all our questions & went the extra mile to provide various options for financing, cash offer, trade in etc. Since we came in later in the day, he had to stay several hours after closing to finish everything & close the deal but we never felt rushed to make a decision. The manager Jasmine is also so helpful and sweet! The customer service across the board at this location is great and we would happily come back to purchase our next car in the future!

Great cars, great deals, we discovered we could afford a Beautiful NASA White 2023 Toyota Camry with only 23,000 miles and in "Cream puff" condition. The staff treats us like family & goes out of their way to help us. We are now carrying on our parents,inlaws way of getting the best from Enterprise.
