After my painter broke one of my pendant lights. I was complexity devastated to lose one of my favorite things in my kitchen.I contacted Direct lLighting and a very kind young woman named Sarah personally went to the warehouse to see if they had any of the item that the place that I had bought them from had discontinued. Sarah found us four of them and let us take two home.This woman Sarah went way above and beyond and we really appreciate it.

I’m an architect and appreciate good quality. I wanted to add some track lighting to my office and found Direct-Lighting.com online. Their prices were very reasonable and I liked the track fixtures they have. I called with a few questions and had the pleasure of speaking with Cathy. She was very friendly and helpful. My order shipped the same day and arrived in perfect condition. I was nervous about several pieces of track that were 7.5’ long but they were very well packed and perfect. I saw the negative review so I thought I would add my experience. I have been buying track lighting supplies from this company for the past 7 years and have not had a problem yet. It's a discount store so don't expect to be pampered. However, I have always been able to get someone on the phone when I needed assistance with something.

Order lights after long consideration.Got order acceptance.Check next day on the their website to see the order status and it showed that payment has been declined, I freaked out.Contacted customer support and they told.me they don't have those in stock.So basically. They got my credit card number now. I will be monitoring my transactions from now on.Liers!
