Would rate negative stars if possible. Pharmacists are very unprofessional and do not honor patient's time nor CVS Pharmacy company ethics. Scheduled an appointment via the CVS website for a morning appointment, and when showed up pharmacist refused to give at the scheduled time because she starts later in the day. Like millions of other patients who schedule appointments during the day, know they are timed well to carry on with work and other life responsibilities, therefore to ask the patient to wait an hour more out of preference it is very unprofessional. I unfortunately have had many frustrating events at this pharmacy long ago, now regret having come back again.I would recommend you call ahead to make sure the pharmacist who happens to be working your appointment will be honoring the scheduled time.

Want to say that I have always loved the staff and Pharmacist here. I have been picking up my medication here for years and they have always been so helpful. This review has nothing to do with the staff, but the new hours. Sadly CVS has decided to change their pharmacy hours from 10am-6pm Monday-Friday. I work over an hour away Monday-Friday and will never make it to pick up my medications on time. I have been here for years but unfortunately, I had to switch my meds to Vons Pharmacy on Foothill. Their Pharmacy has way better hours than CVS.

The pharmacists and pharm techs here are incredibly nice, and I've been coming here long enough that most of them recognize me and know my name; they get 5 stars. However, I was *really* unhappy with the store hours already, and now they're changing them again; I work pretty insane hours just to like, survive long enough to take my meds (and for some reason none of them are eligible for delivery), so getting to the store to pick them up was already really difficult. Now their hours are being screwed with (again), meaning even less time to work with to pick them up. It's clearly corporate being cheap and not wanting to allocate enough hours to adequately staff the pharmacy.

I come here to do instacart often. The older lady w the glasses is rude all the time. Not sure how she is holding up her job. It's 1:56 am 7/20/2023 , whoever she is should be fired. I had to grab an item where she was fixing up and literally wasn't letting grab what I had to get . She kept shoving the cart infront of me like a weirdo...

Was told my prescription would be ready in 45 min.; showed up 1 hour later, was told it would be ready soon. Shopped and never received text message of my prescription being ready.3 hours and my prescription is not ready, maybe tomorrow?Fingers crossed

They are so under staffed. They really need to hire more pharm techs to make things go quicker. When I worked at a pharmacy there were at least 3 pharm tech during a shift. I just called the pharmacy to see when my prescription will be ready. The response I received was "I don't know". I asked for a time estimate of when I should swing by to get it and her response was "I'm busy and backed up today". That's not even a real response to my question. Either way, I'm not a fan of the response but this pharmacy literally only has 2 ppl working at a time.

I had a bit of a hard time finding this location since I was looking for a standalone store. Turns out this location is inside Target. I was looking for some help with my allergies and they had what I was looking for. All good.

Now I remember why I never fill prescriptions here! I had an appointment at 5pm for a booster vaccine. Arrived on time and there was only 1 customer behind me doing an RX pick up. I checked in online and at the pharmacy. Jennifer Lew (which seems to get a lot of complaints) rudely told me that she didn't know when she was going to be able to give me the vaccine because it was just her, that I could wait if I wanted to or reschedule. She said it would take her up to an hour just to get to me. There was 1 person behind me and no one ahead of me. I overheard her tell someone that she is not filling Rx, she is only doing pick ups. So why would it take 1 hour to administer a vaccine??! In the end I waited 53 minutes to get out the door.

Wanna wait on hold for 20 mins and then be spoken to rudely. This is the place.Awful customer service. No help. No empathy. No decency. Just frustration taken out on customers. I left without answers or my prescription. Not even the slightest interest in being helpful.
