I went to this CVS with a doctor's note to get the MMR vaccine around 6:10pm on March 26, 2024, but the clerk gave me 4 vaccines, while the doctor only asked me to get one! Two of the vaccines that the clerk gave me were the ones that my doctor told me I didn't need to get because I already had antibodies. Because my English was not good, the clerk gave me vaccines that I didn't need, which caused me unnecessary pain and my arm was swollen and I couldn't lift it. I wonder if the clerk gets a generous bonus for selling vaccines! It's terrible! I won't go to this CVS again! Even though it's the closest to my home!

I switched to the Holt location because it’s closer to my home and also because they have a drive-through. I spoke to a young man in person about changing doctors and the doctors name was on my insurance card. Every time I’ve called to get refills, they tell me my doctor hasn’t returned their calls. My doctor says they have not contacted them. When I checked, I found that they still had the old doctor on file. I very specifically asked them again for the third time to be sure that all the records were changed to my current doctor. Just called in prescriptions two weeks ago and once again, they are not filled. I will be leaving that CVS and going back to my old location on mountain. It’s worth driving a little further.

So this kind lady help me out with the checkout line and get faster and I was able to buy my items whatever I needed most of the time I get medicine or you know deodorant or even stuff for the shaving so there's some convenient things here you can get and most of them are okay prices but you just try to save up with your card so you can use the discounts but their customer service has gotten better most of the time it wasn't but then as the years went on it's gotten better!

I don't,know even customer even matter for them or not. I went store with my 2 years old. He is really good boy. They had already masses spot where my little one is standing and one of staff yelled on my son. He scared . They came on register which I was buying perfume. I checked price with her before come on register. When I came to pay another lady ask me more money than it supposed to do. I went back bring picture but she told she told me she don,t know with her mad face one me no apologies. I told her she don't need do that I just put my effort to bring right price here and she didn't give my that perfumes. She was literally like bomb on my even I was so calm down because I was with my little one .. next time never imagining to come this store.

This place chargers me for my meds but when it comes to delivery I don't get my meds and when I go into the store to tell them they have a problem with me not getting them. They charge my card for the meds but I don't get them Do not use delivery service

Needed an insulin to be transferred from a different CVS to here, but denied me and told me to go to a different CVS because they were closing in 15 mins. They told me to go to the nearby CVS that was 5 miles away. The pharmacist even heard of our need and refused to assist us. I work in the pharmacy at a different CVS, it doesn't take that long to transfer and fill the medication since it's the same system!

Lately I've been having a lot of issues with the pharmacy. Idk if they are busy or students but before I would get a text saying that my prescription is ready for pick up now you have to call to have your prescription moving or else they will ignore it. Happened to me 3 times already and reading the comments guess I'm not the only dealing with this. I'm changing pharmacy going fwd!

Worst cvs ever... I went to pick up a PRESCRIPTION with a friend and when we walked outside there were two cop cars accusing us of stealing... I'm guessing the employee that called them were judging us based off of how we looked because if they had even checked the cameras it would confirm we didn't steal anything. Felt so disrespected and disappointed....

They are racist against white people. They call them Karen! Cynrie or whatever her stupid name is, hid her name tag when she saw me reading it, refused service to me because I am white and she kicked me out of the store. I was trying to by medicine for my little girl and she was so cruel. The other employees in the store supported her in her racist efforts and lied about what happened.

Worst pharmacy customet service. The pharmacist assigned are very rude and no consideration. I hope the management look on thru this. I wiil not go back to this branch.

I was vacation in California to visit family, and lucked into getting my first COVID dose at this CVS location. Everyone was super nice and directions were very clear. My experience was utterly different from what was indicated by the low scores for this store. No panhandlers and everyone was friendly.
