We accidentally left a Casamigos Blancos tequila bottle in the parking lot inside the shopping cart. Unfortunately, Costco didn't want to check the cameras to see if someone took it or returned it. The 1 star is for the staff not wanting to check the cameras.

I use Costco gas station on a weekly basis. I am disabled so it’s a bit difficult however the attendant Brian has always been so helpful and professional he always has a great attitude and that makes it worth coming back

Jessica in Customer Service is Amazing. Highly recommend her for store, and eventually, corporate management. Her professional temperament, desire to serve and help the customer - is off the charts. I just paid for a new membership. I activated it the day before at another Costco, where the CS rep assured me my gas privileges were active. Sure enough, I get to the Montclair Costco and the pump says my card is invalid. I drive a lot for my job a d I need the Costco gas for its decreased, money saving price. No problem for Ms. Jessica at Costco Montclair's CS dept. Boom! 2 minutes later the problem is fixed, no more stress. And the whole time Jess is polite, calm, cool, collected and reassuring.
Hats off to an amazing woman behind the counter: Jessica in Customer Service!!
