My father and I shop here oftenely and for good reason. The staff is chill, the deals are good, and the overall atmosphere is better than that of other stores in the mall. I myself came here the other day and I bought myself these nice black and white new balance shoes that were marked at 75 but they actually cost 40 before tax. COME HERE NOWOWWWW

First and last time at this specific Champs Sports. I stopped by and was hoping to make a big purchase. Unfortunately, upon entering the store I was instantly ignored and NOT greeted by 2 workers immediately. Had they not seen me would’ve been one thing but making direct eye contact with me as clear as day is another. The part that angered me the most is that I tried to ignore that first red flag. I walked over to the area that caught my interest and walked past another 2 workers. Both also did not bother to ask me if I needed help nor greet me. I had my 8 month old daughter in my arms and apart from not being greeted nor helped out in general, they all decided to just look at both her and I as if we were trespassing or doing something wrong. Even then I decided to walk past one last area which had also caught my interest. Doing so I almost bumped one of the workers which happened to all of a sudden have to walk directly across from me. Looking at me as if I’m some stranger in the streets is understandable. But looking at me with an unfriendly face while you’re at work is unacceptable. The environment overall was off and that alone should have been enough for me immediately walk out. But even then I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. In conclusion, this is by far the worst experience at any Champs Sports location I’ve EVER visited. I’m a long time loyal customer and I always make very big purchases showing my constant support to the franchise. All in all I wouldn’t be surprised if this is genuinely my last visit at any Champs Sports.

The staff was so friendly. Needed help with sizing for my son and they were knowledgeable on clothing sizes. They are very covid safe so I had no problem browsing. Great merchandise that is top quality.

I just order a pair of shoes last Wednesday and I got an email that said they are in. So I went to the mall to pick up cause that's where they got delivered. So I went and the place is closed. Can someone tell me if this place is permanently closed or do they have different hours?
