Came in to get some goodies for my pain and it was marvelous! I got to meet Zahra! She helped me get exactly what I needed and provided me with top quality service! The products were marvelous! Definitely coming back again!

I have been coming here for a while now-staff is very nice and friendly-they have a large variety of products to choose from and are knowledgeable about those products. Depending on who's there when I go in they often will remember me personally which i appreciate. I am comfortable and confident in anything suggested by them and the product I've purchased thus far has been all quality i have no complaints. I regularly buy pet treats and tinctures for my older dogs, as well as gummies or tinctures for me-I've tried their pre rolls and disposable vapes, I've purchased lotion as well. I have always been satisfied with my items as well as the level of service they give. With an item it's often just easier to order for delivery like this one-I really appreciate having a location nearby where I can get the product same day, ask questions etc. Thank you CBD Pluz!

One word: Scams. Went here last week for some gummies and was greeted with overpriced products and upselling. They were rude and sketchy. Don't let the reviews fool you, looks like the business has gone downhill.

The sign that say "Free cbd consultation" was originally placed on the side walk and there was NO WHERE on the sign that says that parking spot is reserved for their customers. When I parked my car there to run to the shop next door to pick up a package, the shop's worker came out and rudely said I need to move my car. No apologies for the misleading sign or the placement of it. After I moved my car, then the guy moved the sign to the parking spot. Rude customer service isn't help bring in new customers. No wonder why there was no soul in this shop.

85 characters ?! Good Grief Charlie Brown ! ok I'll try... Took a wrong turn and there it was , huge green banner, 3 letters, CBD with a cannabis leaf. I couldn't believe it! Walked into a beautifully decorated clean establishment. No loud music blasting, no crazy black lights or spray painted walls. High end without the high prices. I was welcomed by Celeste (you'll notice her beautiful eyes immediately) ,,, So much great info on all the products for my babies and me. Spent maybe half an hour getting to know each other. She's truly the Best ! Every product I came home with was exactly what Celeste said it would be. Total satisfaction, great prices. I'll be a regular in no time !

Third time was the charm! The first time i tried to come it was a Sunday and they were closed. The second time, I went around 10am on a Thursday: too early. My advice would be to check the hours before you go if its a little early and be mindful that the close on Sundays. Im not mad about it, even Jesus got a day of rest, amirite? This place was a absolutely fantastic! The customer service was top notch. I have an anxious dog and my vet suggested CBD. I did not want to order online because i had questions. The women who helped me was so incredibly informed and helpful and even gave me samples, both for me and all 4 of my dogs. The prices are also really good. (Maybe I'm just used to getting robbed blind from MedMens) but I was actually surprised by how cheap the oil was. I don't live in Upland. In fact, I live pretty far away. But the customer service + the prices will have me coming back to this place for all my CBD needs. Highly recommend!

Amazing! In the past, I had tried different CBD products through online stores and it never really made a difference. This time I decided to go into an actual store so that I could get some guidance on different products. I know that CBD has many benefits and could be a sustainable option for me. This store is very close to my home and I always drive by it. I read the great reviews and decided to give it a try. Jessica greeted me and welcomed me inside. The store was very clean, well organized and designed. She listened to my questions and concerns and was able to point me in the right direction. She gave me a lot of great information on each product and I left with a few different things plus free samples! The CBD products so far have worked really well and I'm excited to go back and try the other products.Overall my experience was very pleasant and I can't wait to go back!

After searching for (and using) traditional medicines and creams for an allergic issue, I found myself at wit's end. My wife and I decided to give CBD a try so I yelped near our area and came across this establishment. I called in and was greeted by a very lovely and kind woman. She passed me over to Celeste, who was very generous with her time and answering my questions and concerns. I drove over immediately after hanging up and the storefront and service both matched what I experienced over the phone: professional, courteous, and kind. Celeste took her time explaining product recommendations, do's and dont's and even provided a sample of gummies with my order! CBD stores have taken off and what will separate one store from the next (like anything else) is how well the basics are performed. The basics being: client care, product knowledge, and professional appearance. This establishment ticks all of those boxes and I'll definitely return.Celeste: Thank you for your kindness, patience and professionalism. Please give my thanks to the front desk employee as well. We will be back and recommend anyone needing such products to your direction.

This place has soooo much variety!! And all the gummies are good... I initially went in because I have very bad anxiety and heavily depressed... cbd has helped me balance my mood and made it easier to live.... a week into taking the cbd I woke up thinking “wow, my back hasn’t hurt in a while!” The only difference in my routine was the cbd.... staff is super nice too and will guide you on prices and if your trying to stay on a budget too!!!
