I've bought supplies from this location in person and online through curbside pickup. Their hay is great! I love that they have orchard hay since I'm allergic to the others and it's affordable. This was one of the locations I was considering when adopting a rabbit. Like any good rescue, there is a vetting process and they responded to my application with an email and phone call within 3 days.

This is a review for the Bunny Bunch Blend Hay, which seems impossible to post on the actual boutique website. Buyers beware!I ordered this blend with a bag of Timothy hay and didn’t receive an order confirmation via email as is usual. Days later, I called the boutique and was put through to shipping. They were nice to verify my order was indeed en route and suggested I check my spam folder. I did and there was no email.I still had faith and was excited to receive the order of highly rated hays. However, as you can see from the photos, the blend hay is brown and yellow, coarse and dry. My foster buns won’t touch it. They kicked it out of their litterbox and only ate the Timothy which though also dry, was not in this sorry state.Don’t fall for the five-stars ratings! I regret wasting money on this large, useless bag and shipping costs, and will not be ordering this type again from the boutique.

Great rescue doing great work to help bunnies, the people there are nice. They also have a lot of great bunny items for sale here.

I went here a few months ago to get another chinchilla. I had a great experience and was able to set an appointment within 24 hours. I highly recommend, and they do take great care of their animals. Low stars reviews to a non profit organization is shameful. Those girls donate their time and really do care for all animals. Anyone can see that.

Not sure how so many people can give such bad reviews about this place. More than half of them are about the problems they have with giving away the animal they CHOSE at one point as an owner to make their familly. They do what they can to provide the service we want. I went in for my rabbit oats and was greeted by Caroline herself. She gave me SOOO much knowledge about my bunny that I didn't receive online. This conversation lasted about 25 minute in between answering calls, checking people out, and grooming bunnies. This place is a volunteer based community. They thrive on donations. If you feel the service is so bad consider volunteering so you can understand what really goes into it and why they may not get to your text or give an immediate greeting. The fact that you're attempting to bash a community that strives so hard to ensure animals get the best care they can is insane. I can understand if the founder was sitting in her mansion taking calls from her couch but she is up every day working hard to ensure the business is running and the bunnies are taken care of. Not sure what more you can expect. My experience was great and I hope people don't allow the negativity to weigh their decision. Stop in and form your own opinion. I'm sure you wont regret it.

Very rude. Went in to look at Guinea pigs and was not acknowledged or greeted which wasn't the issue at first. My fiancé then asked an employee if we were able to see the Guinea pigs and in a very annoyed voice they said " no but you can let me know when you're ready to check out" with out even turning to talk to her. As we looked at the only animals in the front of the counter the cashier again didn't acknowledge us instead he stared and then finally said " were you gonna get anything?". Really wanted to adopt but i won't be retuning and other buyers should beware they're only taking appointments which they never told us they told it the next person who walked in to see the animals and it was just us three there with no one else so i don't see what the harm was in letting people who were willing to adopt go check them out but their attitudes were enough for me.

No one picks up the phone for any of the related extensions. Caught an injured bunny but can’t get in contact with them through the phone just a robot that defers to the website. Why have a posted number at that point. Called multiple extensions multiple times and no extension for rescue either.

Bunny Bunch is the best! Caroline and the rest of the staff are always so helpful and sweet. Love coming here to get my bunny groomed and for bunny supplies. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for everything you do Caroline!
