Neesh and Tom give the worst customer service bar none I do not recommend this store at all, in general Best Buy has ok service I am a geek squad member, and not even been a member works in my favor for better service.

Montclair BestBuy Yesterday I went to return a galaxy watch the associate help me Brookelyn B. Doesn't know what she was doing first she returned a different product then she gave me a store credit card instead of return money back to my original payment method, then the manager Frankie Jones stepped in and said they can't reverse the transaction they need to call the corporate and kept my watch and my store credit card issued to me, corporate wasn't helping either, asked me to go back to the store, I'm sure store gonna give me a run around they are not helpful at allallgeneral manager Tom Cambell

The so called "Store Manager" Matt is a terrible manager and should not be working at Best Buy. I tried to exchange my Mac (open box) for a newer one (another open box) with a lower price . Employee Chris was asking why was I returning the Mac in the first place and I simply said because I wanted to. Later on when we were exchanging it, more employees came and told Chris not to go through with the exchange, so I asked to return the Mac entirely without the exchange (I used store credit for the past purchase and they always give it back after a return) but apparently none of the employees didn't know how to process that transaction so they denied to return and refund me. I asked around saying "What was the problem?", then Matt comes over to me with a security guard and then I asked him "Why don't you want to sell me this?" and he simply stated he didn't want to. There were multiple employees surrounding me, made it seem like 8 people (including the guard) against me. Went to Rancho's Best Buy after and they processed it like nothing and even gave the store credit back. Clearly Montclair's Best Buy needs new management after reading these reviews about Matt. Do better Montclair! You're a disappointment. - Jesus M

It's nice to walk into a store and get help on electronics devices. Kinda miss that.

Went to purchase an Appme watchband. The Wales associate was very helpful in finding what I could not locate. Which means that meant a trip to the stockroom or warehouse at least. I appreciated the time and effort.

Zero stars if I could!!AVOID this place!! Save yourself time and energy because NO ONE will try to help you. Been waiting over 1 hr for help and even security at front will be like just go back there we will call for help and he expect me to go back without him calling anyone. This place is so bad and employees so rude. Sad Best Buy used to be a good place to purchase. Just never again in Monclair CA.

I love my Best Buy! Excellent staff, excellent choice, and the "club" you have the option to join works well. In the warranty area, plus it's easy to track all your purchases in the app.
