I just had an amazing deal on a refrigerator using the Ditchit app, and I’m thrilled! The app made it super convenient to find the perfect model at a great price. Went in to look for a washer.
Walked in saw several staff members standing around.
We started looking and nit once did anyone ask if we needed assistance. I had to go up to them. Days of good customer service are out the door at this location.
