Javier Morales is a horrible customer service rep. My mother and I came to this location to rent a vehicle. He had a attitude from the start didn't even take my license when I gave it to him even after stating I would be driving this vehicle as well. He gave us the wrong car even when I told him we rented the other car that is clearly in his lot. He never inspected the car with us and there is a chip in the windshield. I called Avis corporate number and didn't get much care either. I will never rent again from Avis. I will take my services to Enterprise

This place deserves 0 stars. They shouldn't even be contracted through UBER. This is the 2nd time I come here trying to rent a car from them and it's always the run around as to why they can't do something. I highly recommend going through someone else. And avoid coming to this place in general.

I rent there at this location quite often and never had a bad experience , but I have been in line when the person in front of me was. Sometimes it is busy and slow , but I come early and be prepared to wait. Javier is slow grant you that , but he tries to accommodate the best he can for me ....no issues to report.

The tires didn't have tread along with the maintenance light on. I was disappointed the car didn't have android auto or a way to project navigation onto the screen.

Rented from this location twice and the same gentleman that helped me was informative and very helpful each time. Both times the vehicles were perfect for the business trips and the hours of operation worked well with my schedule.

This Avis location is the absolute worst. Javier has absolutely no idea what he's doing. He will add ridiculous charges to your rental and make it impossible to maintain a working relationship. He'll try and screw you over every chance he gets...I had been driving a full size sedan for nearly a month and was able to keep renewing the contract every week. Unfortunately, I ended up getting a flat on a Friday night and had to use the spare to get home. I couldn't accept rides on usually the busiest night of the week. Oh well...thats life... I get it. So I take the car in next day on Saturday morning thinking I'll be able to get a comparable vehicle, only to be told that they only have 1 vehicle available for "Uber drivers", (which oh btw are usually the standard, older, vehicles, parked in the back row of the parking lot...) Okay, fine, whatever right...it just a car for work...who cares...So the car steering wheel was covered in brown grease, which was also caked all up on the sun visor and rear view mirror. Yikes! But the the worst part was the fact that the check engine light was on, putting me back where I started again. Unable to take riders again now on Saturday and Sunday. Finally, on Monday morning I go in to exchange the car, Javier rents me a car with blacked out rims, less than a quarter tank of gas, cheap window tint that was never even cut, leaving the excess film just hanging down....when I asked if he had anything else available he of course said no... Not only that, he tells me he will give me a "good car" for the my troubles... ...the car had awkward drug dealer vibes and honestly made me apprehensive about accepting rides because of the unsightly state of the cars interior. I basically had to explain away the cars shortcomings to every rider I had throughout the week.. which wasn't fun. Fast forward to the next Monday and I return the car. However, Javier charges me for Saturday and Sunday. Even though I couldn't even use the car that was given because it had a check engine light on, and it was absolutely filthy inside. Further, Javier rented the car to me on Monday and I returned in on Monday. Avis needs to do better. Get rid of this idiot and bring Muhammad back. He understands how to not screw over paying customers and completely lose any chance of doing business with them again in the future.

Really poor customer service. We made a reservation for an SUV to take some family to the airport and the day off we are told we need to take a car or a pickup truck. None of which would've worked. We asked if they could help us find an SUV from a different location and the guy at the counter just said we can call customer service if we want. Other locations are better, avoid this spot.

The staff in the office are polite and help with the rental process. Their vehicles are always clean and have been available to meet my needs. The return of the deposit to my Credit Union is rapid although some banks take longer. I would recommend using Avis on Mountain in Upland.

I would give AVIS a minus star if it available. Been reserved car for over months and keep getting email that the car was reserved and confirmed. Till the pick up day to find out that car is not available and send us to ONT location said they have car we reserved and will match the price there. Went to ONT, can't match the price and don't have the type of car we reserved. Wasting time and ruin our plan. BAD COMPANY, BAD PEOPLE. WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS OR RECOMMEND AVIS TO ANYONE. PS PHONE# CAN NOT REACH STAFF AT LOCATION, VERY NOT CONVENIENT.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE STAY AWAY!!!!35 miles from LA to here looking at the car i reserved in the pkg lot ,but they tell me no such car exists,Oh well maybe if I would have looked different or been of different ethnicity they'd honor a reservation.. Horrible Experience Bait and .....

All the negative reviews are true. It also happened to me when I made an online reservation with days in advance only to be told by their front staff "unfortunately Uber doesn't know our inventory". I'm so glad I didn't take an Uber there and ended up stranded like others did. They lack empathy, professionalism and customer service skills.

I made a reservation fa in advance.... Under the category of "hybrid".... Received an email confirmation for a "Toyota Prius or similar"... Came from Riverside, paid an uber ride to get here.. when I get here, there's only 1 car available... a VW Jetta. And it wasn't even for me, has anyone else arrived before me, they would've given that person the Jetta.... And there would be Nothing for me!! A Jetta is a far cry from any hybrid. Rep. Said they don't guarantee any cars what so ever! Then wtf is the point of a reservation?! Beyond me.

Horrible experience. Online, used AARP as promo. Price was $396 for 6 days (ok). Got to rental counter in Boston. The attendental added all these extra charges and comes up with $ 1060 ! So she takes off the unlimited miles - gas charge, now it's $776. Still much higher. I showed her a pic of my online agreement. She said 'it is $396'. Absolutely ridiculous. Also online, it said to go to fast break line (since I already applied online). The fast break line took us to a garage full of cars with no-one around ! Never again with Budget.

I had a great experience at this place. Needed a car last minute and they had a brand new Malibu! The person at the front desk was really nice, patient and helpful. Love the quick return process too, thank you! Will be coming back!

This is very depressing that the person(an elder gentelman) who refused service to me 2 times for renting with uber, because he requested me to have a major credit card, I have one and it’s an apple credit card and he doesn’t accept that because the card number I provided were not the same with the swiped physical card(apple credit card works that way to prevent fraud) and he refused debit card too even if the customer service agreed for me to use it. I had to pay over 80 for 2 round trips back and forth! He says if other location accept debit card or apple credit card you just go there and I won’t accept your business whatsoever!
