I bought a mattress as I saw it in the store it was firm and tight, and I spent more than 1400$, but unfortunately, the one we got is not firm at all and causing back pain!!
I raised a complaint to return it in the second day, but they ignored my case and did not reply to my emails.
It is a ridiculous experience, I don't recommend anyone to buy mattresses from Ashley!!

From sales to management (Julio), this place is a complete joke. I don’t recommend shopping here. Take the time to read all of the bad reviews before walking into this store. Poor customer service.

Our representative Dan was great, very informative. He didn't presure the wife and I. We will return soon. We bought our sofa in the city of Montclair in the state of California.

Shopping online I found the Abinger sofa at a great price with Ashley furniture. I called the local Ashley store in Montclair, CA and spoke with Ronnie. She verified that they had one in stock in the color we were interested in. We visited the store that evening. Ronnie directed us straight to the sofa and once she finished with her existing customer she got us taken care of. Looking for to our new Sofa!

I had asked for the bed and bed frame and box just like it was on display but I received something different. After going in person to try and resolve the issue I got little to no help. It was obvious the sales person was inexperienced and just sold us what he could to get a sale. Armon and the store manger were no help and just wasted time to not even help with the issue. Never again will me or my family buy from here.

My experience at the store was very nice don't get me wrong, but when you buy and pay for delivery, pay close attention.
They have 2 options and they do not explain anything about that.
One is called doorstep delivery and costs about $150
The other one is called premium, and it costs doble, about $300. When you pay premium they suppose to assembly for you whatever they are delivering.
In my case, I didn't need assembly. I talked about this with the sales representative. I specifically asked him if they had other cheaper option (because at the time I did not know about the doorstep one)
He said no and charged me with the $300.
Today when I received the order, the delivery person explained that they charged me with premium delivery, and I needed to wave the right to get the assembly service.
Right there is when I learned they charged me wrong.
Delivery guy did not assemble anything, and he told me I had to call the store to get reimbursed.
After I tried, now they are saying that because they put the thing inside the garage in boxes it is considered assembly and they won't reimburse anything.
I feel I have been taken advantage of. No one ever explained to me what way worked and I had to learn this way.
It's a shame, and I'm very disappointed.
