Despite facing an emergency, I was always kept in the loop and never left to worry about the condition of my cat. I can’t recommend this practice enough!

What a breath of fresh air! My dog was having an allergic reaction and they were able to get me in the same day and the wait time was not long at all. The Dr. and staff were great and answered all my questions even when I called later just to clairify a few things. My dog suffers from anxiety and the Dr. noticed that right away and recommended a program they have to help get him comfortable with the office and staff (such a great idea). They were not pushy on any treatment and the fees were not to crazy. I feel they were honest and really did care about the well-being of my pooch! I would definitely recommend giving them a try! Thank you Dr. and Staff for taking care of my baby and giving me peace of mind! He is so much better today a big difference over night!

After a bad experience at a vet very close to this one, I went searching for a cat veterinarian that actually knows cats. So many vets are really much more knowledgeable and comfortable with cats, it can be difficult to find a good cat vet. I am SO happy I gave Arrow Dog and Cat Hospital a chance. There is a separate entrance for cats so they have peace and quiet away from dogs. Staff was super friendly and they had very good appointment availability. I saw Dr. Nichole and she was very informative, friendly, and offered good advice and reassurances. I didn’t feel rushed, and was able to ask as many questions as I wanted. Most importantly, my cat, while nervous, was allowed to explore comfortably, they didn’t force a weigh-in or temperature check, and they allowed her to get comfortable with the vet. The practice is Fear Free and AAFP certified - so glad I gave them a chance!

They genuinely care about my cats. Cats are treated as people at Arrow, and that's what I want for my loved ones.

Thank you to Dr. Nichole and her entire staff!! From the front desk to everyone in the back, they always make you feel so welcomed and a little less nervous. They go above and beyond to talk to you in detail about what your fur family might be going through and the services provided. I always feel like my fur son is in good hands knowing that all of the veterinarian staff are more than capable of providing excellent service!

Amazing staff!!!! Friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. The staff goes above and beyond to assure both you and your furbaby feel completely comfortable. I will not trust my furbabies with any other facility.

All of the staff is very kind, skilled, and warm! Despite Moksha's ferociousness, Dr. Sophie, Maria, Tina, and everyone was just so very kind to both of us. Everybody answered my questions and thought creatively about the best way to test and treat my terrified fur kid. I’m just so grateful for all of them - they are the best.

I went in in hopes of acquiring pain medication and antibiotics for my Great Dane, Winston. We were preparing to keep him comfortable for the next few days as we thought we would need to access home euthanasia. Winston has skin cancer, and has multiple tumors, with one large mass that had ruptured the day before. Out previous vet had given us information that turns out to be different from what I learned today. Instead of watchful waiting, recognizing the end and being compassionate, I left with not only the antibiotics we needed, but with renewed hope and an extension of time with him. Dr. Nichole and her staff were warm and welcoming, funny, compassionate, kind and enjoyable to be around. She’s a very well educated vet, and clearly loves her chosen profession. I’m grateful for her knowledge and experience and am looking forward to having her be a part of our dog(s) life and care.

I am very happy with the treatment of my little dog Lexi. They figured out what was her back because it looked pretty bad she wasn’t even able to walk on her hind legs. It was just all twisted up. Then we found out she had a heart problem so we can put her on heart medicine and have her around longer ( she is 12 years old ) And as far as her back the medication they gave her she’s Now able to walk and go to the bathroom. So I highly recommend them they were all great thank you very much Doctor and staff :)) Linda Z

Personally, I would recommend this place right away! The friendliness, communication, thoroughness of the staff and Doctor Nicole were top notch! My cat could have died because of a urethra blockage, and I didnt have money to pay for my sweet cat's surgery - doctor did what she could with medications, IV fluids, and for now the blockage is gone. Doctor also set up a fundraiser for my cat and that was SO VERY HELPFUL! Thank you, Doctor Nicole and the whole staff for all you do ! :)

I would not recommend coming here. Dr. Weinstein said they didn't know what was wrong and didn't give a clear diagnosis. Our pet was in their care for 2 days and died the day after. For how much they charge and how they sounded so concerned for our pet, it seemed like they didn't do much to help.

I loved this place at first, slowly went downhill in terms of wait time and pricing. My last two visits for annual shots took 2 hours, I had to take a job interview over the phone in a waiting room while my animals shook with anxiety. Unfortunately I do not have the time to take me pets here any longer. Also the prices seem super high and the staff all seem overwhelmed tbh, including the Dr.

Dr. Nichole and her staff are compassionate, caring, and kind. I am grateful that we found a veterinarian that is knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all your questions and gets to know you and your dog. Our dog actually gets excited to go inside and interact with the staff. Our dog has been having stomach problems and Dr. Nichole is doing everything she can to get to the bottom of what is going on. I highly recommend them.
