I would not Recommend this place to Any1 I tried to get Help from them couple of months ago and all they did was waste my time. Pacified me&falsely assured me they could Help Me with jobs!!! They were suppose to Help me with job searches Excedra !!! All I did was sign papers after papers!!!! Months went by. I kept calling&calling Staff never returned any of my phone calls!!! The Receptionist is Rude&Dismissive . They were always in Bored Meetings!!!I’ve had to make Complaints& expressed Frustration I admit.They just cared about Quotas &their Financial gain from government .Bad Experience!!!!

This company all the way done to HR is a joke. So I left a review and I guess they weren't happy about it. So the fakes at Rass are going to have a former employee name Jessica write a long message thinking it was going to be posted as public. Well little do they know it went to my personal inbox on my yelp account. So I contacted HR to ask her if she knew about the message that was sent to me of course she wanted to play d**** Or what ever the case is. But this company has disrespected me all the to where I'm glad I contacted Department of Labor and also another department called fair and housing. Because I guess they think it's ok to have Alica And Angel have a former employee contact me because of MY opinion. So with that being said I wouldn't recommend anyone to work here . Unless your ok with people talking to you like your nothing and if you want to feel like your still in high school. But I've had it I will not let these two girls at Rass think it's ok to continue bullying people. To top it off I get a comment from the Owner Mitch and basically saying he stands behind his employees being bullies and saying I didn't fit in their culture that's the funniest thing I've heard. In due time there will be salvation but on my plantation in my cotton field.

We have a formal complaint currently pending through the regional center and as well an attorney who is very interesting in this case considering the way my son and myself were treated at this facility. The people who are considering themselves management of this facility, are in no way trained to be there or should be there because they use fear and intimidation tactics toward these young people. The promises they make to find employment and give you opportunities to experience a variety of different kinds of jobs before you commit to anything... never happens. They meet you and greet you and promise you the world and then they don't show up to deliver.
