I will only bring my car to Ace Auto Body. Not only does my car look amazing when I get it back, but they make sure it's as good as new. The last time I brought it, they called the rental agency to deliver my rental, they gave me an approximate date the car would be done, and it was actually done two days earlier. I picked up the car and they had not only done the repair, but gave my car a great cleaning, inside and out. By far the best place in Boston. Thank you Ace, you have my business for life.

Absolutely bad place, don't go. Very unprofessional, I repaired the car there, they even ordered the wrong parts, and finally asked me to pay the money.

Not professional and unfriendly at all, I wasted time, energy and money. They didn't fix my car and I still had to pay money. Last week, I drove to the Ace auto body shop to fix my front bumper. The front desk staff saw my car and promised that if the front bumper arrived on Tuesday, it would be repaired on Wednesday and gave me a quote. But on Tuesday, their front desk staff called and told me that they couldn't fix my car. I went to the body shop early the next morning and they booked the wrong front bumper. The front desk staff blamed me, why didn't I tell them, and I had to pay them $100 to reattach the front bumper. It was just a small slit, and my car is even worse now. On Wednesday afternoon, I called to ask if they had put my front bumper back in. Are you open the body shop? I have already told you the model number of my car, and you have promised that there is no problem at the time. And when you place an order, you have pictures. Don't you think that there is a big difference? Do you want to blame me for not telling you now?

My car was hit in the front bumper area. I was recommended this shop and boy was I pleased I dropped my car off on Thursday got it back on Friday talk about fast service.. they even cleaned the inside and outside of my car. When I got my car back I felt like I was in a brand new car.. thanks to the men at this shop for their fast great work

I had body, tire, and rim work done on my suv and usually something like this with insurance involved is a nightmare but Jimbo made the whole experience easier than I could of imagined. Highly recommend these guys. Call or stop by and ask for Jimbo, his customer services is top notch.

I Needed a new headlamp and minor damage fixed. I was so impressed with the customer service from Max and the beautiful repair work on my car. Fast and courteous! I highly recommend Ace Auto Body.

I brought my car in to have some minor damages repaired as Ace Auto Body came highly recommended through friends who have used them in the past. The staff was great upon arriving there and dropping off my vehicle. Jimmy met me outside and took a look at the car to assess the damage. I then went into the front office and dealt with James and Max who extremely helpful and polite. My car was ready later the next day so the turnaround time was incredible. The car looked like new when I picked it up, couldn't have been happier. I will definitely use Ace Auto Body again in the future and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs collision repair.

Ace is great! From start to finish. They took a lot of the hassle out of getting my car fixed. They gave me an estimate very quickly and helped to get the insurance company to cover repairs that they didn't catch. They even called the car rental shop to come and get me and picked up. As a woman, I've been demeaned at other shops. Not here which i am happy to report. They did a fantastic job and matched the color of paint perfectly. Great staff and service, I highly recommend!
