This storage facility is by far one of the cleanest and most organized self storages I’ve ever experienced. I have been a customer for over 8 years now. The current management is doing a fabulous job. It is secure and demonstrates excellent customer service. There are different options as far as climate control or not. They run a tight ship. Gate hours are set in stone. Absolutely no wiggle room there. I also appreciate the way they give courtesy calls to remind you when payment is due. They are certain to give you as many reminders as necessary to ensure no late fees are applied. I 100% recommend A Storage Place in Montclair, Ca as the best place to safely store your personal belongings.

The elevator broke down and I couldn't access my unit which is on the 2nd floor. That is to say, the place has stairs but they are only for emergencies.

Super rude gates closed on holidays if you are a minute late to leave they charge 50 bucks to open the gate so you can leave had to threaten to call 911

I have had my vehicle stored here for close to 2 years now I just found out everyone is a manager and I had complaint about a situation that occurred and the manager instead of listening. He went on to tell me about the company policies and not understanding the situation that I was put in. Really not cool

I have had my RV stored at the Montclair facility for over two years. It is alway very clean and all the security is well maintained. The concrete pavement is clean and makes it easy to look under my RV at times. My RV stays much cleaner here than past storage. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
