They picked up the specs for the job that afternoon, gave me an estimate on the next Monday. They gave me a sample book on Wednesday and they fit our book printing and mailing into their busy schedule. It is one week later and the job is entirely done! Meanwhile, they kept me informed in a professional and friendly way. I would recommend Precise to anyone. Ten stars!”

“Rocker recliner Chair was “delivered” at 6:17 pm to my 82 year old folks, but they couldn’t find it anywhere in front door area & even checked out by mail boxes at bottom of long paved driveway. Called EFW & they said dispatch delivered it to their front door even after explaining above again. I asked was it possible chair is still on truck & will be delivered next day? Told us no & to call target. Target actually opposite & agreed we should wait to see if it’s delivered within 48 hours & ti check neighbors for mis delivery in the meantime. Not at neighbors up & down street. Yet EFW sure enough delivered it next day (about 24 hrs later). Target (whom we bought chair with) was great go between for costumer service . Just wish EFW could have presented a more transparent process when communicating about the real time or actual “delivery” or allow their drivers to report reality of backups. It would help in the area of building client trust to know it’s late rather than think it’s lost or worse. We are pleased that EFW brought recliner chair inside & upstairs for 82 yr old folks (service we did not originally pay for), so they made up for the timeliness of delivery as folks were not prepared for the labor that day as they had been on the original expected delivery date. So alls good!”
“During my long-term overseas trip, I had some items to send to my Korean home. Because it was a diving fin, it was a difficult size, over 1m in length, but with the guidance of the owner, I was able to pack it into a box, and the item arrived perfectly in about 6 days over the weekend. I visited in person because I was on the way to the area, and the owner was very nice and did a good job, so I found it very trustworthy. The product arrived perfectly well at a reasonable price (about 1/4 the price of an American courier company), so I highly recommend it.”

“I missed my flight to Asia from SFO due to a 2.5 hours delay from Denver to SFO due to bad weather condition. I Ended up staying over night at SFO. Southwest offers better service than a lot of other airline companies. i am sure they try their best. It's a better idea to flight with one flight to Asia without the trouble to pick up your luggage at sfo, and recheck in at another ticket counter for your final destination, even though it seems a bit cheaper, but definitely NOT WORTH IT.”

“My newly adopted dog flew from New York JFK to San Francisco via Alaska Air Cargo. They kept me informed every step of the way. We arrived early (about an hour) and when we walked into the Air Cargo office we were greeted by a very friendly Alaska Airlines employee who immediately knew we were there to pick up a dog. As the flight wasn't due in for an hour (on time) she took our mobile number and called us when the flight arrived so that we could grab some lunch. After she called, we went back and found our lovely new dog ready for pick up in her crate all safe and happy. They even helped us load the crate into our car after we met her out for a short walk and some fresh water. She was well cared for and arrived safe and sound. They even checked that she was healthy and okay and took the best care of our new rescue dog. Alaska Air Cargo is like flying first class!”

I have worked closely with the notary (Vincent) to understand and notarize difficult legal documents. Today I'd like to commend the outstanding service of Josephine, who like a super sleuth, was able to track down my notarized legal docs that hadn't shown up where they were supposed to be sent. I had no receipt, I had no idea how they were sent, I had no idea when they were sent, but Josephine patiently helped me track down, asking pertinent questions, and was able to find my package!
