“Went in early afternoon on a weekday and there were no customers. I just dropped 4 or 5 packages off. I was in and out of there in about 2 minutes. The workers were efficient and polite. I would definitely recommend this UPS store.”

“During my long-term overseas trip, I had some items to send to my Korean home. Because it was a diving fin, it was a difficult size, over 1m in length, but with the guidance of the owner, I was able to pack it into a box, and the item arrived perfectly in about 6 days over the weekend. I visited in person because I was on the way to the area, and the owner was very nice and did a good job, so I found it very trustworthy. The product arrived perfectly well at a reasonable price (about 1/4 the price of an American courier company), so I highly recommend it.”

“I missed my flight to Asia from SFO due to a 2.5 hours delay from Denver to SFO due to bad weather condition. I Ended up staying over night at SFO. Southwest offers better service than a lot of other airline companies. i am sure they try their best. It's a better idea to flight with one flight to Asia without the trouble to pick up your luggage at sfo, and recheck in at another ticket counter for your final destination, even though it seems a bit cheaper, but definitely NOT WORTH IT.”

“My newly adopted dog flew from New York JFK to San Francisco via Alaska Air Cargo. They kept me informed every step of the way. We arrived early (about an hour) and when we walked into the Air Cargo office we were greeted by a very friendly Alaska Airlines employee who immediately knew we were there to pick up a dog. As the flight wasn't due in for an hour (on time) she took our mobile number and called us when the flight arrived so that we could grab some lunch. After she called, we went back and found our lovely new dog ready for pick up in her crate all safe and happy. They even helped us load the crate into our car after we met her out for a short walk and some fresh water. She was well cared for and arrived safe and sound. They even checked that she was healthy and okay and took the best care of our new rescue dog. Alaska Air Cargo is like flying first class!”

“The woman who helped me was wonderful. I came in with a long to do list and bags and boxes of items I needed shipped all over the country- some breakable. She helped me get through everything, making sure all items were properly wrapped, helping me compare prices and delivery times, and all the while multitasking with customers dropping off/picking up items. It was such a relief to walk out of there knowing I could knock 10 things off my to do list. I’ll be back!”

“Everyone there is always very helpful and there is rarely a line. When there is, people are helped quickly and efficiently. I have worked closely with the notary (Vincent) to understand and notarize difficult legal documents. Today I'd like to commend the outstanding service of Josephine, who like a super sleuth, was able to track down my notarized legal docs that hadn't shown up where they were supposed to be sent. I had no receipt, I had no idea how they were sent, I had no idea when they were sent, but Josephine patiently helped me track down, asking pertinent questions, and was able to find my package! It had arrived and been signed for two months ago! Thanks so much Josephine! Keep up the good work.”

“Great communication. Messages were pushed to me updating the location of my shed as it traveled to me. I loved that I was asked where exactly I wanted the delivery to be placed. The drivers came during the delivery window and called me 30 minutes ahead of time. They were professional and efficient. The only negative to watch out for was that the drivers were not told in their delivery notes where I wanted the delivery placed. As it is quite heavy, that was critical to me. I was happy that they asked and disappointed that the info did not get to the drivers. Great job otherwise!!!”
“I’m getting a kick reading all of the negative posts about the “ rude staff” especially Marc. Marc isn’t rude, sarcastic yes, but he gives what he gets. If you’re polite and not demanding, it’ll all be good, if you’re rude, disrespectful or just stupid ( I’ve been in the store many times watching the interactions) then that’s exactly what you will get back.As far as Carlos and Anna, they are both very nice people, they are just trying to do the best they can dealing with the public. Anyone who has ever had to deal with the public knows this to be true.So for all of you crying about the terrible attitudes etc etc , maybe take a look at how YOU act.I’m not anyone’s buddy, just a long time customer who’s never had any issues with anyone.You get what you give folks, and as I brought up earlier, dealing with the public sucks.”

“If you have a standard size return you can self-serve here and be done swiftly. Unfortunately, I was returning a pair of boots and the boxes on offer weren't big enough to accomodate the box they arrived in.Thankfully, Natalia was very helpful. I had to pay for the bigger box but she packed it up for me and was so pleasant. I spent about five minutes total in the store and that was fine by me.My refund for the boots recently came through and I was reminded of my pleasant experience in this FedEx outpost.”
“This is the best place to ship stuff. Friendly staff and cheapest pricing. The local UPS Stores are typically franchised and family-owned and there tends to be price gouging. Please use this one if you like being treated well and get stuff shipped on time without issues.”

“I came in at 4:55pm with a 25lb box, no shipping label, and no idea what service to use. They close at 5:00pm and I had full confidence that I wouldn’t get any help and would have to come back another day. I was so wrong! I was next in line and the clerk who took care of me was awesome. I said “I need help” to which he replied “I do too!” After a quick chuckle I told him I just need tracking, speed doesn’t matter. He gave me the cheapest option and got my label ready for me (the package to its destination in 2 business days for $28!). I was back in my car by 5:00pm. Every interaction I’ve had at this location has been very pleasant and the staff has been super helpful, knock on wood! That’s why I keep coming back to this one.”
