They go above and beyond. They are always nice when I come in. I accidentally ordered a truck that was too big and they were able to trade it out without it being a big deal. Best customer service I have had at a Uhaul location.

Our car broke down so we needed to rent an auto transport and truck from them. They were so kind and accommodating. They helped us even though their system shut down the day before and were having issues with our rental options. They really made our travels easier!
