I've been a loyal, very happy customer here for a couple years. Wonderful customer service, very knowledgeable, with patience for their patients. They're fast to refill, and the status on the Walgreens app is always accurate. The pharmacy has a "small town" feel I appreciate; a feeling otherwise nonexistent in Los Angeles. It's nice to go to a store where they remember you. Also, this is a pharmacy, not a retail-restaurant-clothing-cobbler store with a pharmacy in the back. When my doctor has screwed up my prescription, or I've had complications with my insurance, they have bent over backwards to fix the issues. In particular the male pharmacist (manager) has always been most kind. I'll remember and add his name later. For these reasons, every month I drive by 2 Walgreens to patron this pharmacy.

I'd give this Walgreens's pharmacy zero stars if it was possible. If you're perfectly healthy and don't require medicine soon or urgently, then by all means visit this location. Otherwise explore literally any other option. They have terrible customer service both in person and on the phone. They never refill prescriptions on time, the staff are incredibly rude and the manager Maureen Chang is an absolutely incompetent waste of breath. Horrible pharmacy and you'll likely wait an average of 45 minutes just to get help while the other staff members stand in the back with a thumb up their you know what.

I went in to get a Covid vaccine which all over the website says it's free. I also called their Walgreens service center and they said it was free as well but when I went to go get it, the pharmacy said that it's not free you have to pay out-of-pocket they're no longer offering free shots for Covid because it's not a Mandated vaccine anymore I was turned away because I could not pay the out-of-pocket price and I do not have insurance and I called another Walgreens and they told me it's free and they made me a new appointment for the same day. No other questions were asked no other hassle so I don't understand why not all Walgreens are Following the same protocols

A perfect example of a business that has a huge turnover of pharmacists and doesn't care very much about their patients because their work environment and pay is atrocious. This is why the big pharmacies are disappearing and everyone is switching to mail-order. I've been going here for two years and I've never had a positive experience. The good news is they don't have to worry about giving me bad service anymore.

After hours of being hung up on and spoke to rudely by the Walgreens on 490 W Huntington Dr., I called this Walgreens and spoke with Gabriella. She immediately helped me with my sons prescription. She was not only helpful but was so patient and kind. I will only be using this Walgreens from now on because of this experience.

When they tell you they are going to call your dr be sure to double check, it took me one minute to hear back from my dr. The pharmacy needed to call a second phone number, they did not do that to receive a return call! Their faxes from your dr can take 2 hours to receive...my family members who use Vons never have the problems I have! I am switching! They are under staffed! I feel sorry for Sarah their pharmacist...she is overwhelmed and can be insensitive ...probably because she is overwhelmed!

I love this Walgreens. They're amazing. Very efficient and friendly.Edit: I've transferred my parents' prescriptions here because they're delightful to work with.

The Asian girl told me it would take 2 hrs to my prescription medicine ready, it was 1:45 pm Time went by, I came back around 6pm. The new pharmacist said my medicine wasn't ready yet..I understand when she said there were just 2 of them working but what irritates me is when she said it wasn't process because I don't have insurance. Duh?? As if I will get it for free! And she told me she can have it ready in 10 mins. I told her my 14 yr. oldkid is in the car waiting. She said I could go drive thru . So I went there and there 4 cars ahead of me..took me another 30 Mims. And when she gave me the meds and processed my payment. She just turned away and left just like that. I find it so annoying! I felt I was discriminate and she's unapologetic
