Indifferent, understaffed, uncaring about how long they make people wait Waited 2+ weeks for prescription, after 3 follow-up in person visits, finally had to go to a different Walgreens. They are clueless on how to submit Manufacturer's coupons. Have no idea when out of stock items are expected. Never ever going back.

Went there tonight and I was waiting in line in the drive thru pharmacy for 10 minutes behind someone. It was just us two in line the whole time, finally the person in front of me gets their prescription and they drive off and we pull forward. As soon as we pull forward, they close the window on us. An "I'm sorry for the inconvenience but we're closing for the night!" would have been nice, but we didn't even get that. So I'm thinking "well maybe they're just closing the drive thru for the night but they're probably still open on the inside." Nope, we walk up to the pharmacy inside, politely say hello.. and the rude pharmacy staff says in the nastiest tone I've ever heard cuts me off and says "we're open tomorrow at nine." Did not say hello back or apologize for the inconvenience. Every other time we've went they've taken 20+ minutes to give us our prescriptions even when they weren't busy at all and they never apologize for the wait. Do not get your prescriptions sent here, ever.

They're awful... worst pharmacy ever... I don't understand. I was trying to get my prescriptions... my Walgreen's app said it was ready... one required updated insurance information. I handed her my new insurance card... she didn't take any of the information from it... and didn't update the system... just reordered the prescriptions and sent me on my way... after waiting in line... I will have to wait in line again... and maybe, this time, someone will update my insurance information. I swear... I'm shaking my head... if I'm lucky and all the stars are aligned... I will get assistance from the actual pharmacist... that goes smoothly... Unfortunately, I go through this exercise every month... I don't normally write reviews of this nature and will remove it ... if the customer service is corrected... they should step up the training and have seasoned employees shadow them until their up to speed... people understand someone new and someone being trained...

Horrible Customer Service!!!LIZA LORENOBe aware of this lady in Walgreens located at 490 W Huntington Dr Monrovia CA 91016Her name was LIZA LORENOShe works inside the area where you get deliveries from courier services.I ordered some items from Walmart and I requested that they delivered it to their closest dropping point because my packages are usually stolen by porch pirate.She returned my item without my consent.Item saying it was delivered on my email, but I didn’t get it. She was saying they only accept FedEx and not other courier services.How would I know what Walmart is going to use as their choice of carrier for delivery.Sheer stupidity is what she is!She show lack of good judgment and intelligence and she is not sensible at all.I needed that medication and this lady just returned the item to the delivery person.Be aware of this lady so you guys won’t have a bad customer service and headache with her.

Very slow unapologetic service.I pulled up in the drive though window and waited for 20 minutes. While I waited and pressed the call button one worker inside looked out at me and then walked out of view. As I could see inside the store I after about 10 minutes a woman walked up to be helped inside. She was assisted and left. That is when I decided to go park and walk inside myself. The man working there was sorting some stuff but no other patrons were at the pharmacy.I told him if he isn’t going to service the drive thru window he should close it so people know to come inside to be helped. He looked over his shoulder to see if anyone was there. So I told him I had just been waiting there without exaggeration for 20+ mins.He said he was busy servicing both windows, drive up and inside the store. Which I know he wasn’t because I saw the only other person who came up inside the store come and go while I waited outside.To top it off. He didn’t even apologize.Someone needs to get some staff who want to work in at this pharmacy it is literally a joke.

Well I don’t know what to say about the reviews I saw but my experience with Walgreens Pharmacy has been nothing but fantastic first time yesterday Day before I had to call them five diff times throughout the day for self my doctor etc and every person that answered was very kind and patient (I can be a talker) and even I went in and they were not bothered by it as I needed to make sure all was on par a bit ocd here then the NXT day like they said ready early and I picked up all was easy smooth and all boxes checked 1. Kind2. Knowledgeable asap3.not judge mental and not micro managers4. Timely as said5. CourteousThe main pharmacists I don’t know all the names yet and the techs all answered all my questions and were nice it’s so important at least for me I look for just being nice also I can read people like a book (skill with my career) some people that work at pharmacy’s are judge mental without knowing Didn’t feel that here Ok this review is so long haha early morning coffee

Have you ever thought to yourself, “This is the worst pharmacy ever,” and it wasn’t this Walgreens? Well, let me offer this one as a new contender for consideration. It starts with placing the order. I renew my prescription and all seems fine. Then a few days later I receive a notification that there is a problem and to please call. When I call, I am on hold for anywhere from 10-45 minutes. Once I finally speak to someone, they tell me my prescription is out of stock and should they go ahead and order it. What??!! And this is every month!! Like Ground Hogs Day. No preventative measures help. Then comes the pick up. My average wait is 20-25 min before being helped. I’ve tried different days and times, inside vs drive thru, to see if they have a busy time - but it’s always the same. The waiting I believe is a corporate problem of consistent understaffing - the other Walgreens in the area have the same issue. The pharmacists are actually usually pretty nice. I’m surprised there hasn’t been a mutiny. This store has given me other people’s meds before, and they’ve given me incorrect dosing. If you have a choice of where to go, this should not be it.

I feel sorry for the staff , especially for the pharmacist, Sarah. She is kind , but so under staffed! When I compare the service my siblings receive at Vons compared to the month, after month service I receive here at Walgreens pharmacy, you just can't compare! I'm hoping to switch over this month!Unfortunately, if they say they contact your dr...make sure you call your dr! I can go on with a list of grievances, but if you don't like something, change it!

The staff here is so rude and not professional at very easy things. I feel uncomfortable when I ask for pick up my orders, that staff asked me to wait and help the people behind me in the line. The other bald man knows how to do it but he didn’t want to help me when I reach the photo corner(which follow the right step to get my order) BADDDDD Walgreen Ever!

This location has terrible customer service and unacceptable wait times. They are constantly understaffed which may contribute to the bad attitude and lack of quality service from the employees. Save yourself the trouble and fill your prescriptions elsewhere.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. Cars pouring out the back of drive through while they serve one person every 20 minutes. We come here once a month and have never seen the same employee twice. it’s a toxic place inside and out

I would give negative if I could. I only filled up rx twice here, one was drive through. I only had 2 cars in front of me, but it took fooooorever to get to me. For the second time, I called to check something before I went, the automatic voice said I had 2 callers in front of me, so I thought it would probably take 20 min at most, but it took me an hour, but that's not the worse part. It was finally my turn after one hour of waiting, but the phone jus hung up on me without any human interactions. I will change my pharmacy no doubt.

Passport photo costs $16.99 for one set of 2 photos. I asked a staff name Serina to make me 4 more extra copies and she changed me $50.97 total. I didn’t realize how wrong it is until I got back home. I called her and she said she changed me the price of 3 sets. How is it work that way?? So I have to pay $33.98 for 4 copies of my photos??
