Hash is an outstanding representative for Verizon. Over the years I have been in many Verizon stores and he is the very best I have come across. He is friendly, patient, and explains everything thoroughly.

I've never reviewed a Verizon store before but when service is excellent, you gotta give props. Honestly, I just went in to see if a new phone would fit into a special case I had for my existing phone for underwater video. That was it. I didn't want to buy one through a store, I was gonna do it online through Verizon. Well that's before I met Hash. This guy is super nice, down to earth and not pushy. He seemed very knowledgeable about phones and the contractual stuff and the pricing and how to work things. I definitely recommend getting your next phone from Hash. Yes I'm sure everyone else is very nice, he's just the guy that worked with me.

Walked into this store today, 2 employees lazy bummed out looking sitting on the chairs for guests playing with their phones. I wanted a screen protector put on my new iPhone I just bought at a Verizon store, paid 1k. She said it would be $40.00. lol, yeah right. They weren't doing anything anyways or had 1 customer inside. Took my business elsewhere.

BUYER BEWARE! Victra stores add $25 to your bill for each item bought and disguise it as set up fee. I ordered an IPad and an iwatch. They gave me both items boxed and wrapped in original boxes (not opened).When I asked what set up was done, they said it was "store policy" to add the $25 whether there was a set up or not! She said that fee is for getting the ordered item from their storage room in the back of the store. So they are adding that bogus set up fee to each purchased item! I also ended up returning the iPad unopened (plastic wrap intact) and was charged $50 restocking fee. $50 to return the iPad to their shelf in the storage room! I was charged a total of $75 ($25 for a so called set up fee that was never done and $50 to return an unopened ipad) to return the ipad! They also added insurance coverage for an iPhone without my approval! Needless to say, I will not be returning to any Victra store. BUYER BEWARE!

We purchased an iPhone 14 max at this store, we got insurance on it and a screen protector. The sales rep assured us that if the screen cracked, we'd get a new protector at no cost. Sure enough the screen cracked and we had to file an insurance claim. We brought the new phone in and they wanted to charge us 40 dollars to do the transfer and also replace the screen protector. When we mentioned what the sales rep told us previously they said that this store is under new management and refused to honor the previous agreement. Beyond the fact that they wanted to charge for a screen protector, they refused to transfer the information to the new phone. Terrible store, avoid.

Maria was awesome!!! My experience with Maria was A++++. It wasn’t a sale it was a great conversation. I would Recommend her to anyone I know trying to make a purchase of a new phone or an upgrade. Kudos to Maria????

I walked in about hour before closing and was greeted by Sarah. Sarah helped activate my new phone and even stayed after closing time to make sure it worked! I really appreciated that because I know when it’s closing time I’d want to go home asap. She was friendly and professional and didn’t make me feel like a burden to keeping her. I would definitely recommend going to her for any kind of help.
