I have had a box at this store for about 4 years. I have also used their shipping and packing service numerous times. Everyone is always very helpful and very efficient. A box here is much more convenient than at the post office.

Because my English is not good, the merchant refused to notarize it.
Friends present helped me translate
The merchant also decisively refused
Makes me feel like I'm being racially profiled

Went to the store during lunch time, staff is friendly and fast. Store is clean, parking could be an issue during rush hours.

The definition of no customer service. They couldn't even handle a simple 8.5"x11" print ordered 24 hours in advance.
