When my grandma began to decline, we were told by her physicians that she needed hospice care. The hospice we originally were signed up with did not deliver and we were not satisfied at all, so we transferred over hospice services with Unique. Unique took care of my grandma like she was their own. They were always available to answer all of our questions and really helped us feel comfortable being that hospice was new to us all and this was a difficult time for our family. Unique took care of my grandma from the SNF and to her return home. Their services and compassion allowed us to be able to bring her home and for us to all be able to be with her with their 24/7 support and service. My family can’t thank them enough for everything they did for my grandma in her last days. They kept her comfortable and gave us peace of mind that she received the best care and service. A special thank you to Avraham who helped with this transition and provided constant support the entire way through. Also a HUGE thank you to nurses Maria and Juliet for their compassion and patience, they went above and beyond to provide the best care and service to my grandma, we will forever be grateful for them. My experience with Unique Hospice over the four months my grandmother was under their care has been nothing short of exceptional. Unique Hospice helped us get through a very difficult time with our mother. Everyone was kind and professional and made my mother's transition as comfortable for her while allowing us the ability to process everything that was happening. They informed us what to expect and was responsive with all the numerous questions and requests we had almost on a daily basis. I highly recommend Unique Hospice and Palliative Care.

Unique Hospice is truly special. They go above and beyond the Medicare requirements, and work with each patient's particular needs and comfort in their last days. They are extremely responsive, and are always willing to support. I run a RCFE and they never let me down when I need them. They understand our limitations and support us in providing the BEST and necessary care for our residents.

Hospice and Palliative care is very touchy. Having a loved one in such a vulnerable place is very hard. They do an amazing job taking care of their patients and putting the family at ease, as much as such a thing is possible. Exceptional, compassionate, and attentive - Unique Hospice provided my dad with personalized care during his final days. The team was supportive, knowledgeable, and approachable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking exceptional hospice care.

Hospice care is a difficult and complicated journey for the patient and their loved ones. All the staff that we had the opportunity to work with from Unique when our family member was in their care, ensured that this journey would be handled with compassion and empathy. We were kept informed every step of the way, answered all questions and made sure that everyone involved in the care of our family member was clear about the process and consulted us when changes to care were required. They took the time to make sure that our family member was listened to and that they understood what was going on. Unique helped make a difficult and complicated journey as easy as possible, and for that we will always be grateful. The staff are all incredibly kind and we could not have asked for better care. i was searching for a hospice for my 92 years old mom who has severe dementia. i spent a lot of time reading about different companies who provide service in the san gabriel valley area. after picking 3, i started the interviewing process. i was so impressed with vanessa on the phone, who tirelessly answered all my questions, and set up the NP visit at my home promptly. my husband and i were even more impressed with the professionalism and warmth NP adi who did a quick, but thorough check up on my mother, i decided to sign with them immediately. the following day, the visiting RN geo performed the routine check up; he was a kind, gentle young man who made my mom so comfortable, she had no problem cooperating! it has been 9 days since we signed up with unique hospice service. we also found and moved mom into an assistant living home with unique's help. i was in constant communications with them every day, including weekends. everyone was always professional, pleasant and a problem solver. i am so pleased with the nurse, geo, i request that he would be assigned to take care of mom on the 3 weekly visits at the assistant living! unique hospice and all the people working there were real angles to me and my family during this most difficult time dealing with the last days of mom. they made me feel at peace, because i know mom is in great care! thank you!

Unique Hospice was wonderful and provided special personalized care to my mom. We moved our mom from out-of-state to CA to be closer to us. She had been with an awesome hospice company in her hometown. Finding the right fit in a new area to mom's special needs was not easy, until I found Unique Hospice. Avraham, the owner/Director was extremely helpful and always provided what we needed and created a care program for my sister and I to work closely together. We were daily active caregivers for our mom. Our nurse was was with us through mom's passing and couldn't have been better. So good and so compassionate. The office/care support available 24/7 was available to guide us and answer questions. During our mom's final decline, Avraham arranged for a last minute move into my home. He and his staff truly were miraculous. We all were in perfect hands with Unique Hospice. They were awesome. Completely happy.

I'm sure in the field you are in, you frequently receive letters thanking you for the services you provide during the terrible times that hospice services usually entail. We are coming up on one year since my grandmother passed, and while the grief still lingers, what does also is the gratitude that we had a hospice service such as yours to help us through it. I wanted to thank you and your staff for the care that you provided, as it helped to ease both my grandmother and my and my family's minds during this time. We did not have to worry that she would be uncomfortable, and that itself is a huge burden off the shoulders in an incredibly difficult situation. You provide a service that is not often considered until demanded by necessity. Thank you for treating your patients with the care and respect that you do. You have my most sincere appreciation.
