Timothy is a super knowledgable loan officer. They seem to have some of the most creative programs to help everyone and anyone get financing. He understands people all have different financial situations and there's not one size that fits all. I've seen him share the various programs he has and it's truly amazing how detailed and encompassing his services are. And the icing on the cake is the man himself. Timothy is patient, friendly, and really takes a "partner" approach to the entire loan process. Definitely a great loan officer and company!

I am very happy to have Tim as my loan officer, and i will continue to have Tim help me whenever i am getting a new loan or refinancing my mortgage. He can get me the loan while other lenders are unable to. He's very efficient and fast address issues so i don't have to provide unnecessary documents to the underwriter.

I just purchased my 1st home! Tim and Jane were a big help in the process of getting my loan approved! They were communicative and thorough with all my paperwork, especially with what I needed to do with the timeline of getting my loan processed and accepted. They valued my time and were very patient with me. I had no troubles at all with them. Very nice and professional people. They gave the best advices I needed to go through the loan process. This was our first ever experience purchasing a home. While the home search itself was confusing and overwhelming, the buy process (lending, escrow, etc.) was equally confusing. Luckily we had Timothy and his team to guide us through the process.
I rate Timothy and his team five stars for several reasons:
Transparency: Timothy made very single part of the process understandable. When it wasn't, he took the time to explain it in careful detail.
Responsiveness: Timothy and his team were always available to speak. When we were in the process of closing on our home, I must have called him every other day just to check-in. Not only was he always there, but he was always willing to explain exactly where we were at and what I needed to think about.
Expertise: Timothy was able to find us a great rate. There were no hiccups along the way and generally speaking it was a very-very smooth experience.
Trust: We were able to trust Timothy with handling an investment of hundreds of thousands of dollars. You need someone very-very trustworthy to handle this amount of money. Timothy and his team have our full trust.

Nothing other than full relieve that I can personally about my experience with Timothy and Team Village Mortgage. As a first time home buyer in LA, i know if i was not meeting a right one, I am going to be in trouble. Glad that a friend introduced me to Timothy. He was like ready 24/7 patiently answering and guiding in every phase, in every steps. Process of buying a condo here in LA can be super overwhelming especially for a new immigrant like us, so yeah you can not go wrong by contacting Timothy for any advice regarding property and mortgage, not only that he is resourceful, but he is also understand that as a firsttimer, we will have lots of questions.
