This place has several private businesses. They do hair, waxing, eyebrows and much more. I go to Mio Salon for my hair. Bobby Osterheim has been doing my hair for the last 15 years. He always does a superb job! I won't go anywhere else. I drive an hour just to see him several times a year. I would recommend his services if you want your hair to look fabulous.

Never again. I had horrible results. The gal who did my hair was super nice but her work was horrible. I had to get my hair done again somewhere else cause it was that bad. I was told she didn’t add toner. Idk. My hair was so dry after. Such a horrible job. And she charged two times more than any other salon. My current hairstylist took a before and after. I’m telling you, 2 weeks apart and you can see what a bad job she did to my hair. I wouldn’t even give one star.Services: Haircut

Kathy Hamlin in Studio 20 truly gives the best facials and treaments. She is very thorough and makes sure you're comfortable. I'm very happy with the results and will now be Kathy's regular client.??

My visit to Chelsea's studio Proverbs 31 was ecclesiastical! She is warm, hospitable and a lovely person. Aside from her as a person, she is a talented hair colorist and stylist! I will definitely be back for my next root touch up and cut!

I’m the type to support small businesses, but not when they are inconsiderate and unprofessional. This review is for PrettybyTraci. After my appointment, I tried to book another future appointment and was unable to. I texted her trying to book an appointment b/c her website was not letting me book for some reason, but I did not hear back. I texted her again a few days later, called her, left her a voicemail, and even sent her a video of me trying to book but was unable to. Still no response. I was able to the book under a different email address. Weeks go by, and I receive a text back from her saying that she just seen my message and was unable to book the day of my new appointment, yet her website allowed me to book. If she didn’t have it available, her website shouldn’t have allowed me to book & she also could have told me the day i booked or even the day after that she could not accommodate me, not make me wait weeks for her to cancel. It was extremely inconsiderate to allow me to have the impression that we had an appointment b/c I stressed to her how important the appointment was, and then for her to cancel, was unprofessional. After politely expressing the concern that I had been trying to contact her to avoid not being able to be accommodated, she cancels me as a client. As a professional in business, you should be able to hear feedback from clients so you can learn something different for next time, if you aren’t open to feedback from clients then maybe business isn’t for you. Although she insisted on refunding me, I also inquired about a previous deposit that was supposed to be refunded back to me b/c it abided by her cancellation policy and not only did I get no response. I sent her another text that same night politely asking if she can confirm the refund for the deposits, and I got no response that day or the day after so I had to text her again and chase her down for MY money. PrettybyTraci did not respect me or my time and I really hope her actions can change for the next client. I also hope that this horrible incident of business does not represent how Sola Salon allows stylists to treat their clients. Very distasteful representation from PrettybyTraci.

This review is for a stylist that is one of the individual pods inside of Sola Salons. Her shop is named Prov 31 Street Salon and her name is Chelsea. I loved the time and personal attention. It was nice to have someone who took their time to provide such beautiful results. I loved that the pod is for only one client at a time and I felt safe and comfortable.
