Older guy who mans the counter is rude and completely unprofessional. They really need to hire staff that care about serving their clients. Notice that all the good reviews are from many years ago. I guess they have really gone down hill.

Amazing experience, got a document bound in a last minute, it was painless and dealt with professionalism. Michael in the front desk was extremely helpful, quick and very nicely done at a very reasonable price of $5, would like to use them again for their services and products.
