Excellent service, very professional and Mr. Jonathan Jimenez at Sierra Infiniti of Monrovia is the best. Jonathan is very honest, good listener, knowledgeable, respect my car, which means a lot to me. Please let me extend my gratitude, respect and appreciation for Mr. Jonathan Jimenez who did an excellent job working on my car. Also Sierra Infiniti of Monrovia Service Center definitely is a friendly, nice place to go.

Amazingly quick service. We were in and out in less than an hour, as a walk-in and that included the oil change, washing the car, and putting on my license plates. When I used to take my car to Infiniti of Ontario minimum time for JUST oil change was 4-5 hours with an appointment! I LOVE the staff and service at Infiniti of Monrovia. They always go above and beyond!! Benjamin was awesome!!

I received top notch service from Benjamin Gutierrez. In addition, the waiting room is very nice with premium coffee and bottled water. The prices for service are very competitive and Sierra offers great coupon and discounts.

I’ve had the pleasure of having Jonathan Jimenez be my service advisor several times now. He has been able to make everything go as smooth for me as possible . He has gone above and beyond especially this last visit while supporting me with barriers that have come up related to the extended warranty. He has always been respectful and friendly and I truly appreciate the kindness especially when the last thing anyone wants is an unexpected car issue to arise.

Sierra Infiniti has giving me the best experience/service overall with any other dealerships I’ve dealt with. They (Benjamin G) are fast, attentive and the waiting process ain’t a bother when you they offer a comfortable waiting room with a coffee and tea bar. The cleanliness is at a 10.
