They are dishonest. Stay away from this place and take your car to a legitimate dealership or service shop. Tanya, the rep, was a zero help and didn't care to resolve the issues that they created.

I recently purchased a Chevy Traverse from Carmax, and since I've purchased the car, I have had so many problems. It's clear to me that Carmax did not disclose to me the issues that the car had before it was sold to me and tried to cover up many of the mechanical issues that it had. Luckily Sierra Chevrolet has gone above and beyond to help me. It's already been in their service area three times and every time it's there they find something different that was not disclosed and they fix it for me. Recently, I discovered that my keys were not cut properly and the key had gotten stuck in the door and the door handle and lock was destroyed. GMC did not want to cover it under my warranty, but Sierra worked really hard for me to get this handle covered by the warranty, ordered the parts, and had it fixed for me at no cost. I am so grateful to John and Tonya, who have again gone above and beyond to help me make repairs on this car!

Five Stars. First, the service was top-notch, Anthony and Eddie were great to work with. Next, the price was outstanding and the speed to complete the deal was fantastic. I've bought 10 cars over the past 15 years from various places this is by far the best experience I've had. Just outstanding guys, thank you again and I will be back to get my next car from you.

At first I was scared to take my car here because I didn't know what to expect but after Joe Jimenez helped me and told me what my car needed and how long it would take I was completely satisfied. It was fixed fast, I got free hot chocolate, a comfortable chair to sit in and watch t.v while I was waiting for my car. I'm not use to getting my car fixed this fast. I now know that this is a trustworthy place to take my car and it was just so fast to have work done on it. Thank you!

So far my experience was great. John the service advisor and Edgar the service technician were great from the moment I arrived to drop off my truck- the moment I picked up my truck. He kept me informed on the status of my truck while Sierra had it in their position to fix my truck. I will most definitely recommend these two guys and company to any of my friends and family members that are in need of having their vehicles serviced.

Once they got the sale, that was it. Dealer installed items have not been installed or calls made to tell customer(me) what’s happening. I didn’t get floor mats and I have been promised to no end.

I went to just do a test drive, but I found almost exactly what I was looking for on the lot. I test drove the car, while Sam explained the features and we negotiated some. Once we returned, we negotiated a bit further and made a deal. The whole experience was easy and fast. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dealer and the people there to everyone in need of a new car. When the time comes for me, I will certainly return here.

Tanya Ruiz is the best rep for Chevy ever! I am on my second corvette stretching back 7 years of ownership and previously two chevy trucks, including a then new 1993 Chevy crew cab dually. Point is, I have history with Chevy. Tanya is welcoming and caring and knows her stuff. Thanks Tanya.
