Was welcomed at the door, Well received by representative (Tywanna Hill). Had a very informative meeting. All my questions were answered, she provided forms for me to fill out and directions on how to complete the rest on line at the web site.

I have tried to donate furniture and coffee table to this organization. Both times they have rejected because they claim that items had small scratches or had slight blemishes and would not accept. One of the items I tried to donate was a cherry wood coffee table that was in good condition except for a couple of scratches. Come on these aren't brand new items and table could have been fixed to look brand new. I am going through serious health issues and looking to do a right thing. This place appears it just wants new unblemished items. Even when you buy a new table it will have a few imperfections. So sorry that I tried to do a good deed.

Great organization to work with. Very professional, great communicator and extremely helpful. Alicia, the donation coordinator and gentlemen Fernando and Moises (guys with the truck) made the process very smooth and organized. I highly recommend their services.
