Went in to see if the store had power supplies for my 11 yrs old HP Folio 13, he knew I needed so bad as my original was fried. So he found and handed me a used and dirty one from a pile of used adapters. Yes it worked !! But he decided to charge me $40 for that. Sorry...won't come back again.

They've fixed every problem I've asked them to look at. It's done on a same-day or next-day service. I started bringing my computers in two years ago, and now I kick myself for not having started bringing my computers to them 20 years ago.
