During a road trip to Southern California in a Lotus, the weld broke between the cat and the downstream pipe, leaving the muffler swinging loose and exhaust going in the wrong direction. Also it was extremely loud. Not wanting to miss more of a drive through Angels Crest, I was so happy I found Arturo Senior and Junior. They are super nice and do honest work and took me in despite not having reservations and some work ahead of me. . They didn't have experience on a Lotus but they carefully thought through issues like how to get the car up safely, how to remove the diffusor, and of course, how to repair and reinforce the weld to assure it doesn't come apart again. They saved the rest of my trip and I rejoined my drive group after missing only a few hours. Great job gentlemen! Thank you!

Came here after a catalytic converter theft. Junior and his guys worked fast, did solid work, and made our insurance adjuster's job very easy. It's a shop full of honest, hardworking dudes. If you ever need exhaust or brake work, or your converter is stolen, make your life easier and come here. I highly recommend them.

I called and they instantly gave me an estimate over the phoneCame in and they changed my brakes, even working 15 mins past close to get it done - to make sure I could get home same day, very considerate !Everyone was super friendly and helpful ⭐

I came here after the catalytic converter was stolen from one of my cars. They were actually recommended by a neighbor the posted on the Next Door app. Long story short, both Art & Art Jr were so personable and just as importantly, provided great HONEST service. They also recommended a smog check facility down the road to do a smog check when it was registration time. They are helpful & provide excellent service. I highly recommend them, especially if you need to replace a stolen catalytic converter!

Was recommended to me from Roy's Unocal smog. I squeaked by last test 2 years ago but continually throwing the dreaded PO420 and after all diagnosis...it was in fact the cat... Anyway, went to Junior, was quoted a fair price (as far as cats go..ha) he ordered the part and installed in and out service. Friendly guy and I appreciated how he spoke to me about cars. Believe me, as a woman, sometimes it can be a challenge for mechanics to have the desire to explain things thoroughly because its assumed we don't know much about cars. I didn't get that here and high marks for that as well.The smog test has given me ulcers the last two times worrying about it...not this time.....Many thanks Junior, we passed!!!

Very courteous and professional. Answered all of my questions patiently and explained what would be done to my car. Reasonably priced and completed the job in 1.5 hours versus the 2 hours quoted. Will definitely be coming back for my other cars, and as an added bonus they came recommended by Seiko's Auto next door, which itself is very reputable.

So my 94 Toyota Supra had a small exhaust leak above the catalytic converter. It sounded terrible. I took it to this place and the owner was attentive and seemed to be trustworthy. He told me the location of the leak was in an area that was impossible to weld on the spot. It had to be removed and that would involve half days work. He wanted 280 but we agreed on 250. I still thought it was pricey but I wanted the job done right. I picked up my car and it sounded normal. When I got home I opened the hood and noticed the part was not removed. They repaired it on the spot. There was even weld drips on the pipe below where the repair was made. I called and spoke with JR. he admitted they found a "work around" so they wouldn't need to remove the part. A trustworthy business would have been honest from the start. Or say they found a way to fix it without removing it. Why not earn a new customer by saying, hey we were able to repair it on the spot so we're only going to charge you x amount instead of the quoted amount. I would have gone above and beyond to recommend this shop to the race car community and anyone else looking for an honest shop. Instead I will do the total opposite to keep others from getting ripped off. The driver seat was also leaned back a lot so who knows if they went for a joy ride in my car. They didn't fix any mechanical issues so there was no reason for a test drive. I will never return to this place and hope if you're considering this shop, you look for other options. You've been warned.
