I went to Optum today, and I had a lot of worries and questions on my mind. But as I was leaving, I felt so so much better. The doctor answered all my questions very honestly, and his assistant Veronica answered my questions. Also,, I’m a 66-year-old woman and as you get older, you know you have a lot of questions about your health. But I felt very very comfortable there. I’m very happy I’m very satisfied much better than the primary doctor that I had before, but I wanna name any names. . I’m very happy that I joined their services. I give them a 10+

The whole office is wonderful! I was treated with respect by medical professionals who clearly enjoy their job. Appointment availability is excellent. I will definitely be returning!

Ok...ENOUGH with the Covid hysteria. Allow your patients to see their doctors IN PERSON, especially if their symptoms are most likely not Covid related..BUT Covid causes so many different symptoms..any symptom you describe to them could be Covid related. Get a grip and let's get back to some normalcy.

This place SUCKS!!! ALL THEY DO IS PASS THE BUCK.... THAT IS IF YOU CAN ACTUALLY GET YOUR DOCTOR ON THE PHONE. ...GO TO URGENT CARE HIS ADVICE! (About 4pm when you left a message for him and he doesn't call back .. then i call at 4 pm... they put you in hold for 2 hrs. Then someone answers to tell you they are gone!) This started in Thursday asking him for bloodwork... its now friday and he passed the buck again. nurse calls me and tells me i will see nurse practitioner on Tuesday and to wait until then!!!!! Urgent care said i should urgently get bloodwork done....but dr waaanony could Care frickin less! Stay away from this horrid place!!!

After our experience today, enough is enough. We are leaving healthcare partners/ Optum health. The women working at the front desk couldn't care less about the patients. Don't bother calling the nurse hotline. They don't know what to tell you. We were told to come in and we couldn't be helped. I am no longer trusting them with our medical needs.

I hate Optum so much. Every doctor is fresh out of residency or completely incompetent . I called today to make an appointment because I've had a bad cough for over a month. I think it may be bronchitis ? Maybe pneumonia ? They refused to see me because it's a possible covid symptom. What a joke . Can't see my doctor when I'm sick cuz their scared I'm sick? I asked them to test me then and the receptionist said they don't do covid tests..... for anyone. Like what ?she said I could have a phone "visit". How can you diagnose me over the phone ? I need someone to listen to my chest. Switching to Kaiser during open enrollment . Bye, idiots.

We love Dr. Iskander! She is so wonderful with my mom. She really cares about her and me, as her care taker. My mom looks forward to her appts with Dr. Iskander.

After Healthcare Partners changed to Optum we lost our primary physician. He "retired" (he was young, I'm guessing mid to late 50's). When we tried to change, the other MDs who had been there a long time were also "retired." We were left with choices of young, unreviewed MDs. No fault of the MD but she was literally on the clock during a visit, checking the time during the consultation. Phone wait times increased. We never really had to wait on the phone before. We have to wait one month the get an appointment with physical therapy. Not good when you're suffering pain. Not happy at all.

Not my favorite doctors office. Dr surell who is my new doctor seems nice. The office staff was nice. The place was clean and seemed organized. It's convenient to my home but I'm for sure just a number there, not really a person. I get it, I don't pay for PPO. At least I don't wait for over 5 minutes in hold.

I wish I could give it a zero. We have been with what used to be Health Care Partners Arcadia, CA for literally decades because no matter whether we had a PPO, HMO, any kind of insurance we loved our doctors, that office and all the staff. When Optum bought them, it was as if Satan took over. It is now the absolute worst service in the world. They outright lie to you on the phone, but considering they are taking calls from somewhere out of state and not the office, I am not surprised they have absolutely no idea what they are talking about. Optum is like Big Brother that won't let you through to a doctor or nurse or even a staff person who is at the actual desk of the actual office where you want to go. When I have seen the staff in Arcadia, some of them confided they hate Optum and feel it has totally made their work not easier but much harder and that their patient care has plummeted. What a sad, sad day when Optum took over. We will need to look elsewhere now and that is heartbreaking, but having Optum is like having no doctor or health care at all. We may as well call some random number from thin air -- we would probably get better health care service. I feel so sorry for the truly great doctors and nurses at the Arcadia office. What a mess Optum is making. What a tragedy.

The worse automated service. Tried to cancel my appt for today at 830 am. Called at 7:45 am to cancel it due to waking up with Covid 19 like symptoms..8:15 and still NO live person “someone will be there ASAP” heard that recording like 15 times. Ended up hanging up by 8:15 am!! Too bad rating doesn’t have a -0!!!

Negative stars! With warning: in addition to their neglecful care and callous customer service, they're now owned by a banking institution and freely share your information AND your emergencycontacts information with predatory, telemarketing credit , loan, & banking agencies unrelated to medical bills.
