Worst experience ever! I’ve been to this pawn shop twice to take a small loan on big ticket items. All to be low balled for less than 5 percent of the items. They claim “ I can’t sell it it” I’m not looking to sell, it’s collateral for the time of the loan. Stay away, they are crooks.

Don't go here. My brother took in a ring to be pawned for a loan and they stated it was not real. Two days later, the stone fell out. What a coincidence that a stone that has been tested multiple times and been in place for over 20 years falls out. I am 100% sure they swapped it out because one of the grips holding the diamond in place was cut. A solid gold ring doesn't just break like that especially since the stone wasn't loose. I hope karma comes back to these thrives as that ring had been in our family for a long time. It's fine if you don't want to do business with someone but stealing from someone is a low as you can get.

How do you greet a customer with were you the one banging on the door this morning .. no hello how are you. ?? then give you false information about your equipment. Not a great place to do business.

Very friendly Mrs Betty was helpful and gave a great price for a ring I wanted I'm on a fixed income so it was a blessing to get a good deal they are also generous on items being pawned I would recommend when you need money go here they will help out

I came in today and the gentleman that helped me was very kind and courteous! I had one of my mom's bracelets to sell. My mom passed away in May and this piece of jewelry had tremendous sentimental value to me! I was upset and started crying and the person that helped me was really sweet and attentive! The store is well organized and very nice! Located in the heart of Monrovia~ ample parking and a great location! Check it out!
