VERY UNRELIABLE! My mom’s doctor’s appointment is in July 2024, a month before the appointment they’ve been calling me everyday to have the blood drawn. I’ve said everytime they called to have the blood drawn a week before the docs appointment. Still several people keep on calling me, bothering me to schedule a blood draw. I don’t know if they have the capacity to understand. Now it’s July 2, we’ve been waiting for them to show up, specifically said to come BEFORE 9am STILL WAITING! The patient is 86 years old and diabetic. The test indicates fasting. VERY UNRELIABLE, VERY DISRESPECTFUL STAFF, VERY DIS-ORGANIZED COMPANY, AND ALL LIARS!!! Claiming they were outside the building 7:40am but never even called us to let us know and go down to open the main door of the apartment building! They just stood there by the main door and telepathically called us? Stupid and liars!!! DON’T EVER, EVER RELY IN THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

They won't stop calling me every day I get phone calls and I don't have any thing to do with them I ask them to take my number off there computer and call them but they only will let me leave a voice message when I tried to that the machine said the mail box is full there's issues I think they are making this up why they call a every day it is awful

They called around 8 times to arrange a home blood draw for a patient, sent a technician, and continued to call to schedule. However, the first technician didn't draw enough blood, so another technician called multiple times to complete the job and asked me to inquire about the urine test if done by lab technician yesterday, is that my job to double check ?. The operator put me on hold without waiting for a response, indicating a very unprofessional and disorganized lab.

I don’t even know how to begin… I had applied for a lab tech position at this facility that was listed on indeed. Last week I got a text from them asking to set up an interview and what days/ times where good for me. I responded with a text stating days days and times. No response back. Call that same number and someone picked up. I said I was calling to set up an interview since there was no reply (out of professionality and to show I was interested). The lady took my name and number and said she would pass it on to the hiring manager. Ok perfect. Wrong! I have never received a call back in 2 weeks. Today I tried calling again, it would ring once then hang up. Ok weird but no big deal. Looked the company up on google to get the number and try again. I tried three times and the number listed was apparently disconnected (the infamous dial tone beeps that mean a number is no longer in service). I tried once more and it started ringing, but kept ringing for over 5 minutes. And after reading the reviews I can see why everyone has had negative experiences with them. Yikes

Please don't wast your time and find other place for blood texting and other diagnostic test. They have very unprofessional stuff, no proper management to received Dr's order and properly scheduled per MD's order. They are scheduling from 9-5 and end of the day calling and telling that " don't have a availability/phlebotomist for scheduled test and rescheduling for next day again from 9-5. All 2 days patient must be seat at home 9-5 pm and waiting for them. You will be lucky if they come. They don't offer home service patient with venous devices like PICC line.No same day delivery of tubes or other necessary items in order to process the lab work. I know it's not STAT LABORATORIES but at list with simple lab test scheduling must be professional. Very unsatisfied. Even 1 star not deserving.

I just called this place as I received a bill from them and asked if one of my insurances can be applied to my bill to see if that would help the costs. Not only was this individual unhelpful, he was rude and condescending and even hung up on me. When I called back he tried to blame me for the "lost call" and told me there was no other person I could talk to. He apparently is the ONLY person from billing here and has no supervisor. I have been in and out of the hospital all year and any bill that came my way was able to be taken care of with the application of my medical insurance. It makes no sense that this is the ONLY place where they can't even try according to him. He also denied my request to look up my information through my social like every other place does if you don't have your member ID number handy. Absolutely uncalled for, I don't need this extra stress as I am fighting for my life everyday. really poor form from this man.

the supervisor grace they do a lot of illegal things. I was only there for 7 months and they let Alot of people go left and right over the time I was there it was over 7 people. They treat their employees like garbage and extremely over work them and keep adding to their day making people work over 10-13 hrs. Super underpaid and do not even pay the legal limit for mileage. Grace is completely insane and so is Montano. Grace talks down to their employees and likes to name call and if you don't do what she says at her time rate she just yells at you for everything and calls you names. They just care about their money and not the sanity of employees DO NOT WORK HERE! M Helpful & Share

Yelp needs to make an update where 0 stars is an option. This lab is completely horrible. Their customer service is horrendous. They don't even allow you to speak before they put you on hold. You're on hold for over 15mns almost every time. The time frame that they provide patients is ridiculous. How is 8-5:30 pm a good timeframe? That means the patient would have to be home all day and they might end up being the last patient on the route, so they just gave up an entire day for this. They lie to protect themselves, they're unreliable, and their manager GRACE is just as bad, if not worse. She has an attitude when speaking to her. I'm sorry but you're in the medical/ customer service field, and you will get angry people calling, you need to learn to keep your composure. What if someone spoke to her mother the way she speaks to people...... The phlebotomist don't even carry enough supplies. You can't even email a top supervisor, not Grace, directly. How will I even feel comfortable emailing the general email to reach upper management? What if they don't even forward it to him. Honestly, patients should stop using them as well as home health agencies.

MS diagnostic is one of the few providers of in home medical testing. I see a lot of complaints about rude home service. I think it's more a matter of a tight schedule, they have a lot of patients to visit. I've used the service many years, and since I live right off the 10 freeway at the 710 freeway I am one of their first stops in the early morning as they are on their way to downtown Los Angeles where the bulk of their clients are. They may not be the most personable service providers, but it sure beats going in person to a crowded lab where you're surrounded by sick patients, and perhaps dozens of employees, some coughing and sneezing, that you are exposed to. One-on-one in your own home is always the best. It is true they are very lacking in providing sample containers for you to fill. They have called me from my street asking if I have samples ready for pick up, I tell them I don't have the plastic containers to fill. I ask them to drop them off and I'll have them ready by the next day. I'm sure they have dozens of empties with them. They always refuse to drop them off when they are in my area, instead having their Monrovia office mail them to me. Often just one container, when most patients need two. It can take a week to get the containers by mail, delaying vital test results. The instructions they mail you with the sample containers are faint, illegible xerox copies. You can't even read their phone number.

It is offensive to me that a company allegedly intended to serve the home bound disabled community is so disrespectful to its patrons. They can't even tell me whether they will be here to draw my blood in the morning or afternoon. The time estimate I was given was 8 am to 530 pm. They called me Wednesday morning to tell me they would show up some time before 6 pm. I explained I had another appointment that afternoon so could they be more specific. The Lab scheduler got all pissy with me whining "we just got the order" and cant be more specific. So I ask for another day. I suggest Friday. Again, I am told it will be between 830 and 530. Would anyone but the disabled be expected to tolerate that? Shameful. I am going to ask my doctor to stop using them. Yes I am disabled and homebound. But I also run my own business and have a life that involves more than waiting 9 hours for a blood draw.

I can't speak to the accuracy of their lab results, but based on their staff I wouldn't trust them to test my dog poo... unprofessional, uneducated young women that obviously hate their jobs and it comes through in their horrible attitudes, lack of customer service and inability to articulate a thought. GO ELSEWHERE! All these one star reviews aren't by chance...

Called in the morning to get my Dad's blood drawn. The receptionist said a technician could be at the house today between now and 5:00. Five minutes later a technician (Eric) calls and said he could be at the house in 7 minutes. He drew blood from my Dad in about 5 minutes. Fast, efficient and respectful. I honestly could not have asked for more.
