It has been sometime since I was last here and while previously it was not bad, it was nothing to write home about. Today however was fantastic. Clean space, working washer/dryer machines, working change machines, and working sink for washing up. The young man who was the attendant was extremely polite and helpful. I will be back! Oh and even the old arcade machine was working!

Tonight I walked in at 10:30 it state's that you close at 12:30 I had just a shoulder size tote bag that I wanted to wash. Their was an extremely rude blond haired lady that claimed she was the owner of the business which I clearly know (SHE'S NOT)...insult me and my intelligence. I didn't walk in with a load of laundry I literally had 10 items. I explain to her that it would only take 30 mins to wash and 30mins to dry. She preceeded to talk to me rudely and disrespectfully and threatened to call the police on me. I told her now I understand why your reviews are how they are. I now know that people are speaking about her.. She asked me if I've ever been to a laundry mat what??? Not only have I heard and witness you be racially bias you proved it tonight by telling me Bye Felicia and closing your open door on me. First of all my name is Stephanie, my Mom and Dad raised me very well and I'm still wondering who Felicia is? Maybe in your response you can explain that to me!!
In response to you and your unprofessional responses and feedback, that you continue to display when someone has an opinion on the establishment in which you work is incredibly unprofessional, racist,and extremely rude. The only thing you continue to do is prove US RIGHT!! You can roll your cameras back as many times as you feel the need to it doesn't excuse your disgusting behavior. You have to offer your coupons in a way to excuse our feedback? I have never written a review in my entire life so this says alot. Theirs a reason why all of your former employees are no longer there and ppl avoid going when you are there. How about just trying to change your nasty attitude versus giving out your coupons. You made it a point to address everything that happened, but failed to address the Felicia aspect another part of your unprofessionalism. You need to focus more on being a business professional Ms/Mrs"(owner)/ (ceo)" then responding as disrespectfully as you do, and try an apology here or there or have a nicer approach to situations, which at this time you seem incapable of..
Stop referring to yourself as a third person when your clearly the one responding to all the comments it's very apparent...are you the owner which you stated then, now referring to yourself as an CEO pick one, because your clearly all over the place.

As soon as I walked in, I felt that this store was so clean! It is the neatest, cleanest and newest laundromat I have seen so far. This store has a point card. If you wash it ten times, they will give you a free wash! ☆ ☆☆ It has been changed to 24-hour operation~ In October 2023, the store has just replaced 6 new upright washing machines! Unfortunately, they can only be washed in cold water mode~

So I'm leaving a honest review, to let whomever the owner is. You have a very clean and welcoming facility. Its a 5 star location. But you have to know by now, you have a serious problem with your night employee. A lot of your customers whom have any bad encounters with her can agree. She's is HELL of rude, disrespectful and judgemental. She now has her son working with her at night and brags about it and her attitude is out of control. She's given it to me my second time coming. Day time is fine. The blonde lady is A one, but the night blonde lady is one incident away from a lawsuit. I've myself tried going one last time in the evening. And heard this lady speak and give some disrespectful looks and comments to others. Specially when customers walk away. Your losing lost of business just because of this. Check your numbers. I like evening because it's not packed and it clean and every customers respects and speak to each other. And alot of people work late. But now i wait until weekend early morning to do my laundry. I hope I don't get a... we sorry for your experiences response. Etc. You should send a secret customer to do laundry at night or just watch your flim and listen and see for yourself. Its getting bad. You have a cool location and its clean. Vibes is good. But one apple can spoil the whole thing. And it is..... at least for me. But if that's what you as a owner is standing behind. Good luck because lm no longer a customer just because of her character.

I hope the owner can see this for the good of his business and the clients he still has left. Today I went to their laundry to use one of their services, and the woman who claims to be the manager, an old lady with brown hair, was very rude and approached me and asked me if I was just going to dry and I answered yes. She told me no, you can't just dry and I told her, I came two days ago. And a very kind young boy allowed me to dry because the laundry was alone so to speak, there were only two customers and me. She answered me very rudely that she was going to talk him about that. Then she told me to leave and never come back. Of course, I would never come back. I asked for my money back. Answered that and she didn't even give me my full money back according to her because I used minutes which was a lie because she turned them off herself immediately after 5 minutes had passed and she said no and she ran me out in the worst way. Because according to her they pay her to do that, the truth is she didn't know that they pay to treat people like that. She also told me that they didn't just let them dry so they wouldn't have to wait for customers who wash and dry, but if they were smarter they would leave at least two dryers for people who just need to dry, I'm sure they wouldn't mind waiting. Of course I won't be back, it's not the only laundry.
Yes you right I don't have to worry about your clients. I never refuse to remove mu clothes never said no just let the old lady that I did two days ago with no problem the young boy didn't say anything because there no body at laundry. But now I know why your employees act like that. You don't need to give anything free to the costumers because all the customers are lying about the bad experience. If you have video and audio you can see and heard when she told me get out and never come back again please.

The people who work there are very rude. It's the first time that boy and Mrs. Ruvia were very rude and I forgot a mat in labavora and she charged me $10 more

If it was possible to give this place less then one star I would. All of the amenities are great clean and there are many stations of both washers and dryers that are available and I have done my laundry here before and had a pleasant experience. So why the bad review you may wonder? My husband and I went to do our laundry on the 29th of January this year and the treatment we received was Soo disgusting that we will not be back.
(This person is not to be confused with the other employees an older woman there very nice as well as a young man who these two have always been kind.)
The moment my husband and I stepped into the laundry matt a short female with "blonde" hair started to treat us a criminals! She didn't wear a name tag on purpose I suspect.
She saw my husband attempting to get quarters from the machine and turned off the machine. How do we know? She told us! And told my husband that she needed to see what car we had and how much laundry if we even had any? She told us and I quote "We don't let just anyone come in here off the street to get money!"
We should have admittedly left right there and then however we did so out of convenience.
After we had our laundry in the washers my husband asked to use the restroom which has never been a problem before with any other employees there we've encountered. She again told my husband to quote " your lucky we don't let just anyone use our restrooms!"
She then paced back n forth around me and said that I was not allowed to put my laundry basket in the laundry carts that are there!
We hurried as best we could to leave. She was however very nice and talkative and Soo overtly polite to the other patrons that were there even going so far as to help them with their laundry!
So one could only assume based on the treatment we received that as long as they looked like or were the same race as her that they must be treated as people and if not then it was her mission to demeen, insult and harass us. If this isn't the case and I was misreading it then she just hated us for some unknown reason. Again there is video footage!
My husband wrote a review on Yelp and I waited to see if the owner would recognize what was happening through the video feed as they stated from negative reviews past to which (a lot of them about the exact same issue) We were just told that the owner disagrees. As well to bring in a coupon for money off doing laundry in the future.
How do you disagree with video!? And all past reviews saying the exact same thing! I would encourage any and all who read this to also read the other reviews. Don't just take my word for it obviously.
So needless to say we won't be back and I will personally tell everyone about how we were treated.
Again clean and functional just hope your the correct race or whatever is considered acceptable to this said employee that is being protected by an obvious family member or something. As you will not be met with any kind of decency or manners. I personally do not want to be abused, harassed, or be in confrontation when I'm spending my money for a service, by an employee especially!...

I’m new to Monrovia and this laundry mat was the closet to me. My experience started good. The place is clean and well kept. I was with my small child and 20 min before I could finish, he had to use the restroom. They don’t have one here which is totally fine. That being said I had to find one right away for him. I had a lot of laundry left on the folding station. (I understand I am responsible for my stuff if anything goes missing or moved. I get that.) I saw a women with blonde hair cleaning up the place and wiping everything down and I thought it would be courteous to let her know I’m not abandoning my stuff I’m stepping away for a moment just in case she came across all my loads and mountain of clothes, I’m coming back. I tried to get her attention but she had her ear pods on and didn’t see or hear me. When I got closer to her I scared her and I said sorry. I just want to let you know that’s my stuff I’m stepping away I’ll be right back and she said I don’t care read the sign I’m not responsible for your stuff and I looked at her and said I’m not asking you to watch my stuff. I’m letting you know so you don’t think someone just left a mess behind. And I’m not sure what she responded next but with that answer I just walked away. I’m not coming back to spend my money on a business that treats/ talks to people in that way. When you have a business that works with the public or community you need to have a different attitude. I don’t know what her problem was but she shouldn’t have responded to me in that way. She was so rude and I’m not coming back here again. There are plenty of other laundry mats in there area.

The place is clean, and the washer machine looks new. The dryer works great. The only thing is that the folding tables are a bit small. Plenty of parking handicap Parking There's a seven eleven next door little mexican restaurant place to get your haircut all in that little market area.

I had been here several times and got really great customer service by a young men and young lady, but today I encountered an older woman who was by far one of the rudest people I’ve ever met in my life. There’s not enough words to describe how horrible of a human being she is. I will never ever return to this establishment. The moment I walked in, she turned off the machine because she didn’t see me bring in my laundry basket. I had four bags of laundry. And even that I could forgive, but the way she spoke to me was unnecessary in every way. After that it was just one thing after another, it’s like she was egging me on or looking for a fight. I’ve never seen anything like this before. Such a horrible unhappy person, she should quit her job if she hates people so much.

Jan. 19, 2024. A 5 Star for the lovely young pretty girl employee, I believe her name is Amanda. Friendly and helpful.
HOWEVER: This is the noisiest laundry mat ever! I about lost my mind. I had to go outside. 1,2 or 3 machines on the spin cycle were outrageously LOUD.
Never in my life have I been in such a loud place and I am 67.
So it’s a bummer, I’ll never go back. I can’t put myself through that nightmare again. It was fun to play the video game but Oh well.

Went there Friday am google said its 24/7. An employee kicked me out said its 24/7 Friday to Sunday. Went there Friday am. Guess they don’t know how to update the correct time. Rude employee. Yelling at me saying that its close.

Clean environment. The staff is very friendly answering all my question, since it is my first time go to coin laundry. The guy is always busy, cleaning up the place, and still answering questions with a smile. ?
