I bought a Stiziii vape from here , i tried it in the shop and it was working and when I arrived home didn t work anymore . I was even under 21 years old and no one asked me for a id or something but I didn t want to have problems with the police because I m from europe and been here just for holiday they would literally close the store. I just want a refund or to change it that was it . Veryyy Badd smoke shop??

This shop is awesome! They always have what I need and are always super nice when I come through! Their customer service is great and even though I go 4 miles to get a vape this is where I'll always go!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. It is very convenient. The young woman working here helps with a smiling face every time and always gives me the best price. They offer different products and I have liked the stuff they recommended and would have never tried otherwise. Great place if you're in the area.

I had been a returning customer for over a year buying Vape products at this store. But I will never buy from this business again. The Rude woman in the front with long brown hair accused me of giving her a used product after just buying an elf bar that didn't work. After driving away I noticed the product she sold me was defective and drove back a minute later with box for a new one and she told me that "this was not her product" and refused to give me a new because she said I had already used it. Better off buying your products somewhere else because they will take your money with no customer service or regard for defective products.

Found this little gem just driving by and had to stop by and try the drive-thru. They are super cool and patient in the drive-thru while you try to choose a vape. I thought they would be expensive because it is a drive-thru and it's not. They are super aggressively priced.

I was sold an overpriced and defective product. I brought it back for an exchange but was told that I would have to handle it with the manufacturer's warranty. In order to do that I would need proof of purchase which I never received (receipt). In the 8 years of vaping, the other stores I have purchased from have always exchanged defective products. Unfortunately, they have lost 2 returning customers over a product that cost them $15 - $20 (sold to me for $45).

The young woman who helped me was definitely a kind soul. She assisted me in my purchasing of 2 packs of cigarettes for my best friend wHo has been dealt an very difficult series of unfortunate events. So i offered to buy 2 packs of cigarettes.Now , mind you i stopped smoking in 1986 , and cigarettes i believe were $3.50 . So when i found out that those 2 packs of cigarettes were over $20.00 ? i decided that i suggested she quit?
