Go for maintenance. Spent almost 500 hundred bucks and didn’t even get a car wash. I was quite disappointed since I expected at least a complimentary car wash, which is a standard service at many other dealerships. The maintenance service itself was fine, but the lack of attention to detail in customer experience left me feeling undervalued.

When I picked up my car, my wife found there were some scratches on the engine cover. I know people will ignore minor things when you are seeing them every day. I asked the Technician for the drop-off video at the moment and was trying to explain it to my wife. But, the technician was very emotional and said 'Oh come on! Be Honest! Do you want to accuse us?' What kind of rude attitude he has?! It is unacceptable! I even didn't say a word about their problem.
The technician's gruff personality insulted both my wife and me, which shows disrespect to their customer and representing Mini-Store @ Monrvia how bad of customer service.

MINI of Monrovia's sales and service team keeps contacting me regarding a MINI that I do not own. I have notified them that I do not own the vehicle that they keep contacting me about, asked them to take me off of their mailing/calling lists, and have requested to have my personal information removed from their systems several times, but their team persists and continues to leave voicemails and send snail mails on a weekly basis. This is a business that uses questionable methods of attaining personal information to blast out spam to their marketing lists.

Stopped by to check out the all new Countryman. They offered test drives and had product specialists ready to answer all of our questions. Currently, they seem to be very low on new MINI inventory, only a few Coopers and the aforementioned Countryman. Had a great time checking out the interior and exterior of the new Countryman, getting familiar with the seating, the infotainment system, and all the unique materials and textures inside. The test drive was a brisk lap around the block to get a feel for the car. A specialist did inform us that they are part of the Costco Auto Program too if you're a Costco member.

Never sell your car to this dealership!! My fiancée and I are shopping her car around to trade in for another mini. The trade in offer they gave us was $6,000 less than other mini dealers and thousands less than other third party car companies. When we told them this, they were only willing to increase the offer another thousand dollars. They are complete crooks!

Rocky and Bobby are fabulous! The best customers service, kind and caring. The newly renovated showroom looks great! And they still have popcorn! Nice bonus, they washed my car, and Bobby went out of his way to fix an issue I never knew my car had. Can't praise them enough!

Had a great experience, brought my car in for a recall and they changed my oil and washed my car allUnder a few hours, service was prompt and professional. The waiting room had nice ambience with a large tv . They also had coffee and water available and popcorn too. Just a very pleasant experience.Not to mention even when we bought the car it was a wonderful experience no pressure, and they opened any car we were looking at, just felt organic and no regret when buying this car, love the car as much as the first day we bought it . Thank you Mini of Monrovia.

From the moment that I walked in, the service rep, Rocky Chow was above and beyond welcoming as well as very empathetic and accommodating to my every need. Rarely do you find individuals like him who can make an otherwise undesirable situation like a vehicle engine light issue into a palatable event.
The facility itself is very clean and well organized from top to bottom. If I were to purchase another Mini Cooper I would absolutely consider Monrovia Mini based on my recent visit alone.

Highly recommend this dealership. David was great to work with. He quickly responded to my inquiry, answered all my questions, and even negotiated price via email and text. When we arrived to purchase, they honored deal, no haggling and no tricks. David was very friendly, introduced us to the manager, got car detailed and even brought us cookies, treats, and water. Everyone we encountered along the way were very warm and friendly.

I had the most seamless car dealership experience I've ever had with one of the sales associates at MINI of Monrovia, Billy. He was kind, patient, and treated me like family. I never felt pushed into making a decision and he supported me through the entire car buying process. I drove off in a Countryman that I absolutely love. I strongly recommend this dealership and truly can't say enough kind words about Billy's customer service.
