Never sell your car to this dealership!! My fiancée and I are shopping her car around to trade in for another mini. The trade in offer they gave us was $6,000 less than other mini dealers and thousands less than other third party car companies. When we told them this, they were only willing to increase the offer another thousand dollars. They are complete crooks!

I called this dealership 5 times and left a message 5 times. I still have not received a call back. My last message I asked to speak with a sales manager but was told he was too busy to take my call. The receptionist did take my name and number down but still no call back from anyone.

I want to start off by saying this is my second Mini that I have purchased as a lease with this dealership in Monrovia. Next I want to mention that my experience with this dealership has been and continues to be the greatest experience that I have encountered so far. I want to give a big THANKS to Javier, Rocky, Billy and Nate for their help and support last week. I highly recommend Mini of Monrovia, trust me you will not be disappointed!

i bought my car with a 3k maintenance plan and brought my car for the required maintenance. they now tell me they don't have the parts so they have to keep my car and can't give me a loaner because my insurance doesn't cover it. so now I'm with out a car and have to probably call out sick for a day or ?? and use my time because of there incompetence!!!

Excellent buying experience! The actual transaction of buying the vehicle was quick and easy on a Saturday! Dealing with finance over at the BMW building took a while, but it was a good experience as no one tried to sell us anything more than I agreed to back in the Mini building which was nothing. Will be back on my next vehicle!

AMAZING! Just leased an amazing chili red colored 4 door hardtop mini by BILLY! he was amazing and made the whole process easy and simple! I had a great experience at mini of Monrovia. First of all, the interior of this dealership is so welcoming and comfortable. They had coffee and tea and it was great. I have been looking for a car to bring up to college and have always been a fan of Mini coopers. I was so fortunate to run into Billy who helped me and my dad pick out a great car. We went with the mini cooper countryman! It's so spacious and the perfect size!

We saw a lease deal so we went to check it out 1st no spots for customer parking all filled but place was empty we were only customers with at least 6 employees around in showroom, and not one person acknowledged us or greeted us, so i wandered around till i found someone to ask about the offer, and was told they have no lease offer cars in stock and to just call other dealerships...
