Highly recommend this dealership. David was great to work with. He quickly responded to my inquiry, answered all my questions, and even negotiated price via email and text. When we arrived to purchase, they honored deal, no haggling and no tricks. David was very friendly, introduced us to the manager, got car detailed and even brought us cookies, treats, and water. Everyone we encountered along the way were very warm and friendly.

I had the most seamless car dealership experience I've ever had with one of the sales associates at MINI of Monrovia, Billy. He was kind, patient, and treated me like family. I never felt pushed into making a decision and he supported me through the entire car buying process. I drove off in a Countryman that I absolutely love. I strongly recommend this dealership and truly can't say enough kind words about Billy's customer service.

Just got my mini cooper last month, and I'm loving it! It's so cute and fun to drive around, and the service here is amazing. I recommend speaking with Billy since he was such a big help to me, and he wants Hó's customers to be satisfied.

We originally came here to fix my old mini cooper, but after the great customer service and my mom's dream of getting her dream car mini cooper, her wish came true! Billy and David helped us, and they were amazing. Both of them were kind, worked fast, and made sure to guide us through the process of getting a mini cooper. We are so happy with the new car, and it's all thanks to Billy and David. 10/10 would recommend them to help with getting a mini cooper.

We came to this location with the intent of purchasing a car today Labor Day weekend and we're extremely let down. Upon arrival we were not greeted and had to look for help which the lady seemed to be bothered we even arrived because now she has to work. No sense of urgency, bad vibes. We still waited in hopes of buying a dream car which was made clear was not happening here after 30 minutes of standing in the sun with no regard to us. No water offered, not welcomed inside as we had to go look for help which was frowned upon. The worst part was we did not even get to check out a single car interior! All cars are locked even the display ones inside the show room!Do better Mini , these workers are clearly over paid to not care about selling people their dream cars.

Mini of Monrovia was a GREAT EXPERIENCE-/ maintenance service can get expensive on a Mini Cooper and my little roadster is already 8 years old, but the price was reasonable and the car runs very smoothly -- thank you! Moreover, Bobby, the service advisor was truly considerate, as the rear brake repair took place and I waited at dealership, which was pretty quick -/ thank you, Bobby! When my Mini was returned to me, it was sparkling clean -- thank you for all these courtesies! Thsbjs to manager Rudy, too! Thank you very much! I'm beside myself with gratitude. You have no idea how much I needed a break.

I purchased a 2021 mini, 2 years old. 11k miles. I took it to dealer for service today. they told me ahead that it's the time to change the rear break pads....I guess that data must be from their computer. So Do you want to get a mini, think about it.

So the Service Con goes like this:
Read on it's worth it if you don't want to get violated, disrespected, and robbed digitally.
1. request service in my case ( Oil Change)
2. They offer unnecessary service at extreme prices ( Break fluid change $400) Declined
3. The app watch this close this is where they get you ( service guy comes over)
4. You need way more service (breaks, motor mount for both $1400)
5. please verify the app and sign - Watch carefully what you're looking at and signing here.
6. Surprise! you are too stupid and did not notice you selected the little green boxes. Now you owe us the full amount of $1900. Sorry, it's your problem the manager says we have financing for the idiots that don't pay attention( me)
7. Your shit out of luck and money
Beware Consumers this dealership's predatory practice is a major concern. I went in last week for a standard oil change, I insisted I only wanted a simple oil change. The service advisor came back after that I need to do a brake fluid job for $300 plus. I declined the service and sat in the lobby. A short time again he came back "hey we found a few more things that need to be done to your car", Needs Breaks, and the motor mount needs to be changed. $400 plus for the breaks and $1300 for the motor mount. I told the adviser I was willing to do the breaks, only it's my daughter's car I want her to be safe. He came over and said please chose and close the app so I can continue the service. I clicked and signed, and he said I will have it for you by noon.
When I arrive to pick up the car around 1 pm. He says your car is ready your total is $1900 dollars. I immediately replied there must be a problem I only agreed to do the oil change and the breaks. He said to me you clicked on all the boxes we did everything to your car including the motor mount.
I remained composed and asked for the service of the motor mount to be reversed. He said that was not possible once I clicked the green box on the app it was my responsibility. I asked for the manager this is where the fun begins.
The manager sits down, opens his little lap with a smug look on his face, and says, " you clicked on all the green squares you owe us the full amount. I asked to reverse the service he said sure, I would need to charge you double the labor, $2300 for a $240 part. again he pointed to the laptop you're responsible for the charges. we have financing if you don't have the money. He offered to work with me and lowered the total to $1400. I felt disrespected undervalued and taken advantage of in so many ways. I paid the $1400 and left i did not want them to keep the car any more time that is was there.
so the con goes like this:
1. request service in my case ( Oil Change)
2. they offer unnecessary service at extreme prices ( Break fluid change $400) Declined

Finally, the rule is don't rely on anyone or technology at these dealerships they are trained to be predators they are incentivized to take as much as they can. and offer bullshit services you may or may not need. please vote for consumer regulation to avoid this.
If anyone has a similar case please contact me. I am composing a class action lawsuit against this app and the dealer Mini/BMW for its this

Be carful, Rocky Chow seems like a great and amazing sales person while you buy, but if you have an issue after you leave, forget about it. Won't answer your calls, the manager won't call you. They leave you high and dry once they have completed the transaction. Should have read reviews before I went there. Purchased my wife a used mini cooler S with only 11,500miles!!! on it in mid December, my wife works from home, basically gets coffee and drops the kids off in the car within a mile of our home. Not even 2 months later, the brake service light is on. They sold me a car that needs brakes not even 500 miles later. I've had cars that I've driven 50k miles and didn't need brakes. They will just ignore you, it was a poor and dishonest thing to do when selling a car. Very shady dealership once you read all the reviews.Update: after contacting them and waiting 2 weeks for a response to post and now almost a month later I hear from them. They would like to offer me a oil change for a 500 brake job that should have been done. I was told that it was right at safely limits. So instead of replacing the brakes because they were at limits, have the brand new customer of the car pay 500 for a brake job at mini. Shows you what kind of dealership they are. Roll the dice if you must with them.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. The only reason it deserves one star is because our sales guy, Javier was completely honest with us from beginning to end and tried to salvage the bad service we received from his coworker. Unfortunately we were unable to leave with a car, even though Javier was great. My wife and I were in the market for an electric car and decided to check out the MINI electric since we had previously owned a MINI and it was a fun to drive car. I called ahead of time to see if any new ones were available but unfortunately they only had a used 2021 model which wasn't bad.We arrived and was greeted by Javier and did the whole salesman dance back and forth, including running my wife's credit to see what's the best rate we could get. Of course it wasn't too what we expected and Javier explained that he could "shop" for better rates but it would mean running my wife's credit multiple times which we told him firmly, "no" to and Javier understood. As we were walking out, Javier was determined to make sure we left with a car so he called his used sales car director, David to come speak to us. We spoke to David and told him what we were looking for, rates and price and he said "dont worry I got it and I will do my best" It sounded too good to be true and it was. After signing the agreement, he said he would get us the best price he can do, to which we replied with "what is that price?" And he just said don't worry about it and left. After about 20 minutes all of a sudden we get an email notice saying my wife's credit was not run once, or twice but SIX TIMES!!! We were shocked! Javier came back to check on us and then says "okay we got what you guys wanted, let's head over to finance dept." We asked him about the credit checks and he said "he's not sure what David did so to check with him when we see him. When we got to the finance dept, We bumped into David, he said "alright guys, I got you what you wanted and got you the lowest rate possible" as he was walking away. I replied "but why do we see 6 credit checks on my wife's credit report?" He just smiled, pretended to not hear and walk away when he clearly heard because i was facing him and we were about 3 feet away from each other. We were finally called to the cashier to pay and found out our price and rate. It was not what we asked for, it was actually alot higher. Of course we were shocked, and complained about David and his dishonest sales practices. The cashier understood our concerns and suddenly was able to magically find an even lower rate than what David had found when he had claimed he got us the lowest rate he could find. In the end, we left without a car from MINI of Monrovia. We also will not be returning in the future. David has left us with a bad image of MINI of Monrovia. We understand there are sales goals and commissions to make but this is not how you get repeat business. If you are looking for a car, I would suggest you look elsewhere to avoid having to deal with dishonest sales people and tactics. But if you are determined to get a MINI, look for Javier. He is honest and will try to make a sale but will never lie to you or do something shady like running your credit multiple times unless he receives a firm confirmation from you. He will also not try to hide anything so you will know all your options so you can make your decision. I've seen some reviews from others with similar complaints about the sales tactics at this dealership so this is definitely not a one time occurrence.
