“This is my first mattress that I’ve ever purchased. When I was initially introduced to this store, I was kind of skeptical at first. Perhaps I had this preconceived notion that any smaller mattress businesses might scam me into buying a cheap quality mattress for a really high markup price. Lo and behold, I was proven wrong. Daniel was extremely easy to work with, really knowledgeable even beyond just mattresses. He gave a very honest and genuine customer service, worked with my budget and what I was looking for from a bed, and hell, I got probably the best bed I could ask for and more from what I offered to pay. “Jake, at Mattress Firm, was a god-send for my wife and me. We were looking for the right mattress and adjustable base to improve our sleep, as it has been less than stellar these past few years. Jake was able to listen to our gripes and offer solid feedback and eye opening knowledge and (this was the kicker for me) all without being a pushy salesman. It was clear that Jake wasn’t just trying to make a sell but genuinely wanted to hook us up with the best options for our needs. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed to close. He gave us at least two hours of his time as we bounced back and forth from one bed to the next and then back again. We settled on a Tempurpedic combo and could not be happier or more excited about our purchase. We will ABSOLUTELY be visiting Jake and Mattress Firm again for any and all mattress needs. “The importance of improving lymphatic drainage to assist with detoxification of the brain and body is an often overlooked aspect of the detoxification process. The incline provided by the Samina sleep system is a way to optimize lymphatic drainage as we sleep. “In 2019, we bought an extra-firm queen mattress with box springs from Paul at Mattress City. We were so satisfied with the purchase, we brought a relative to Mattress City to replace their mattress. Fortunately, Paul was there that day. Purchasing the mattress was a breeze. Paul was very attentive to our relative's needs, and did not try to upsell. He was very knowledgeable about the products. He not only explained the key differences between the products, he even demonstrated how the springs work. The prices were already very competitive, and on top of that, delivery, set up, and haul away were included. Paul assured us that even though the product we had selected would be manually assembled, it should be ready in about 1-2 weeks. Exactly 6 days later, we received a call from the delivery company. The delivery team arrived on time, and set up / haul away took less than 10 minutes. Our relative complimented on the quality of the mattress. For a first time in a long time, they did not wake up in the middle of the night due to poor mattress support. Thank you, Paul! We will definitely return to Mattress City for future mattress needs.”

I wasn't able to get the warranty information but I was able to reach out and Stella helped find a replacement hardware pack that I was able to purchase. “On Valley Blvd just west of Rosemead, there are 4-6 Chinese furniture stores. To me, it seems like they all order from a large wholesale warehouse. They all have small show rooms. Just tell them what you're looking for and what price, and they will flip through the catalogs with you to help you find something you like. Obviously not going to find high quality items at these stores, but if you're looking for something practical and affordable, these places are better than IKEA. They are also willing to deliver and set it up in your house for you. The downside: Parking there is limited (only 1 of the furniture stores has parking). This is bargain based shopping, so you have to negotiate. Sometimes if the negotiation goes the wrong way, one might get angry... luckily there's 4 more stores right next to each other!”

Let's just say we spent way too much money at "reputable" Ashley's Furniture and with disappointment after disappointment we ultimately cancelled our remaining order for our mattress and purchased ours here instead. “Wonderful. We visited the showroom and Dean (the owner) was kind, helpful, and engaging. We all know the dread of purchasing a mattress based on the short time spent trying it out in a showroom, but Dean made us comfortable by explaining his guarantee and making it clear he ultimately wanted us to be happy with our purchase. We purchased two of the "Pure 12" in Twin XL and two corresponding adjustable bases. Delivery was within a couple of days, and the delivery guys were great. They set up everything- which was so helpful because it was our first time using adjustable bases. The first night, the mattresses felt a little too firm, so we contacted Dean & he immediately switched them out for a slightly less firm version of the same mattress, which turned out to be perfect. We especially appreciated the idea that because they make the mattresses themselves, the firmness is customizable, and we didn't have to start from scratch with an entirely different mattress. We've had our new mattresses for about a month now and finally look forward to getting into bed again. One last thing- the value is amazing. When a local business provides an equal (or better) product than the national brands for a much better price, I consider the decision to purchase from them a no-brainer. We love our new adjustable bed and wholeheartedly recommend this business.”

“What a dream. I had a very uncomfortable couch bed and I didn't realize it until a very honest guest told me it was the worst night's sleep he never had so I knew I had to get a bed, but I didn't have much room because my guestroom is very small. I went to Wallbeds n More in Pasadena just down the street from my house. It was very expensive so I decided not to get it and I got another very uncomfortable bed. After a second complaint and my cat scratching the hell out of the couch bed, I decided it was time to invest in a nice bed. I saved my money, and I finally was able to get a chest bed. It looks like a nice chest, but it opens up into a beautiful memory foam queen size bed! Stephanie was amazing and helpful as was Norma. They put up with my two years of dillydallying and I'm so glad that I finally got it. My first guest said it was very comfortable. And it looks beautiful in my office/guestroom.”
