An Example of Exceptional Customer Service
During my recent visit to Marshall's, I was fortunate enough to be helped by Mia G. (aka Lil Griff). From the moment I walked through the door, Mia's friendly greeting and warm smile made me feel welcome.
Throughout my shopping experience, Mia was a shining example of professionalism and kindness. She patiently answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I was particularly impressed by how quickly and accurately she processed my transaction, making the checkout process a breeze.
Mia's positive attitude and genuine care for customers truly set her apart. She is a valuable asset to the Marshall's team, and I hope her dedication to providing excellent service is recognized. I will definitely be returning to this location and will be seeking out Mia's assistance again. Thank you, Mia, for making my shopping experience a pleasure!

Amazing deals, great place to shop at for low prices and the employees are very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about their products and greet customers when they come in to shop

This is one of my favorite Marshalls stores around Los Angeles California; It has a large assortment of merchandise, good customer service, the store is always clean and organized. It also has a lot of parking. Its location is perfect, it is in a shopping center that has many other stores of great reputation.

I always stopped here when I came for a doctors appointment. Every time I visited Marshall's, they had something for me, even if I tried to just look, I always got out with a bag.

Im new to southern California and Monrovia and this store has THE BEST STAFF, SUPER OVER THE TOP FRIENDLY... marshalls is always the best place to shop for quality and good prices... shopping at Marshall's then binge watching my favorite shows is my vice in today's crazy world...

Love Marshalls. They have a great selection of stylish brand clothing and up-to-date home goods / decor. Great selection of candles, cleaning products. Drapes, linens even some handy tools. Their prices are much better than let’s say Walmart or any other retailer for most items. They always have different selections, but there’s always something useful and cost-saving there.
