I had wooden floor molding that connect the wooden floor to tile floor that was broken and needed replacement piece. I couldn't find the same strip molding in Home Depot and stumbled upon Google with LL Flooring. I walked in with a broken piece of wood and Tony and Andrew helped me to find the closest replacement piece and were really helpful. They spent time looking into the best match in the storage room with me and explained the different types of wood and offered to give the best discount ever. They are professional and friendly and honest with the pricing. I recommend anyone who needs any wooden floor pieces and sizes, go to LL Flooring. Especially if you plan to have your place install wooden
flooring.

LL Flooring in Monrovia, CA is the place to go for home projects. The staff (especially Tony) is friendly, attentive, highly-knowledgeable, respectful, doesn't pressure-sell you - rather, provides options on how best to tackle home projects. He showed us around the showroom, providing examples of the right flooring for us. He was patient with our questions and provided helpful suggestions. His customer service is topnotch and needs to be duplicated!

This used to be my go to store for any flooring material, and even butcherblock countertops. Always a nice staff and I've liked their selection for various budget levels. But now they don't keep very much in stock. It has to be ordered and then sent from their Pomona distribution center which takes 1.5-2 weeks. Can't imagine why they adjusted their business to this model, makes it very hard to buy product, which is what you go here for.

This is a long overdue review. There were a bunch of delays in my project and I kept juggling options for purchasing and storing the flooring. Everyone working there (the Monrovia store) was fantastic--really friendly and helpful in working through the options.I got the Bellawood Geneva White Oak. It looks great, with lots of cool patterns in the grain. I've had it for about a year, and it looks as great as ever--no bulges or gaps or anything. It does have more knots than the sample in the store had, and the bigger knots are filled with some sort of brown putty. So, you might want to check those out to see how you feel about them. They don't bother me at all, and I would buy the same flooring all over again; I still love it.I'll post two pictures, since my camera phone is horrible at actually capturing color, and the two pictures are different enough to warn you not to trust the color in the pictures.

I rate this place a 3 because, first of all the guys here are very nice, they are polite and helpful, however I have to say 3 and not 5 because on my very expensive purchase, I was able to use a coupon to save, however my card was declined to pay full amount at once: they offered me to pay half now and half at pick up which was super helpful. The part that sucked is that I never got a tracking or shipping confirmation for pick up, and I never got a call when the order was ready, so after 2 weeks I called and asked about my order and they told me the order has been there for 1 week already and the reason they never called is because i still owed half payment (which was their idea to help me make the purchase) on top of that, the sale was only for 1 month and by waiting 2 weeks the sale no longer applied so I was charged full price.. I know I could have called sooner but I would have expected them to call me once it had arrived to the store for me to pick up, so I would finish paying as planned.
