This place has a lot of open box fridge/ washing machines/ cook top at a discounted price like 50% off, but I would say it’s worth a risk as most of them looked rather OK, maybe some with a little dent here and there. But for sure you need a handy man to help the installation part.

For Truckers, entrance is from Monterey ave, left from Monterey ave then immediate right , kinda tight, but manageable, have to blind alley to dock.

Lots of deals and inventory changes frequently. I find the best deals are on off season items. Like bbq grills in the winter season.

I recently moved into an apartment where we had to provide our own fridge and washer/dryer. We got our fridge and washer at good prices! The employees were nice. We also requested delivery and installation which was an extra $125.I'm still on the hunt for a dryer but they didn't get any shipments last week. Inventory in the store reaaallly varies since it's an outlet. They have what they have. They sometimes don't answer the phone - have had occasions where i call multiple times throughout the day but no one picks up.

First of all, I want to express my gratitude to Jonathan as he resolved a defected dryer. He helped me exchange another dryer, scheduled delivery, and ensure there was no extra charge. This store seems to be a bit short staff as it did take a bit, but Jonathan did his best with multitasking several customers and informing them that he or someone will be attending the next customer as soon as possible. Overall, I think the wait is still worth the prices as the prices here are truly a great deal.

So far so good (it's been 3 months) No extended warranty needed. My refrigerator deal was a steal! Retail $2000 paid $600. I was a bit disappointed discouraged about the delivery process as I was told it would not fit through my door as they were standing right in front of the door. I was told I would need to take my door off. I told them I will not be taking the door off and that it would fit (I took measurements prior to my purchase). They then proceeded to walk through my door and just like that it went through with room to spare! I'm giving 5 stars because they were willing to take feedback and make it work.

Hello!! My fiancé and I we got this wonderful set off washer and dryer, I never been in a place like this before. Brandon one of the managers, thanks to his excellent way’s of helping costumer. And potential way’s of trading customers. we left the store very happy and with what we were looking for. Thanks Low’s for having workers that make you feel like if you’re at home giving you satisfaction with what you really need.and the patience.
